The stranger guides Joseph to a rundown encampment. Seeing so many tents in one place made Joseph optimistic of perhaps seeing more people, but it was quickly made apparent that they would be the only ones there. As they ventured further in, Joseph was led to a small tent that wasn't as disarrayed as the others.

"This is where I call home! Come, have a seat on my bed while I fetch some medical supplies." Said the stranger as he began rummaging through a bin in the corner.

Joseph took a seat on the bed, which was nicely made and surprisingly clean. He didn't have the nerve to tell the strange man that he wasn't actually injured, just shy. Though he'd be lying if he said a part of him wasn't eagerly anticipating what was to come.

"Alright friend, I'm all ready. Go ahead and... Take off your shirt."  Said the stranger.

Joseph hesitated for a moment, but quickly took off his torn and dirty Silk Touch™ Performance Pocket Polo from Lowe's. The stranger seemed pleasantly surprised to see Joseph's beautifully toned body, all those years of surviving in the wilderness evidently didn't go to waste. The stranger wiped all the grime from Joseph's chest with disinfectant, and continued all across his torso. As he did so, Joseph blushed and was getting redder by the second.

"Well I don't see anything wrong with you up here. But you're as red as a tomato, perhaps you're sick? Either way I have to be thorough with my examination and check the rest of you too." The stranger explained.

Joseph became really anxious. He was nervous about what might happen if the stranger examined his lower body as he had just done with his chest and back.

"Come on, take them off! Don't be shy, we're both grown men here." Beckoned the stranger.

"I, uh..." Joseph tried his best to protest, but quickly silenced himself and obeyed.

As Joseph's Berne Apparel Men's 48 x 30 Stone Wash Dark Denim Work Jeans lowered to the ground, his Trader's Holiday O'clock Fitted Novelty Trunks became visible. And when they came into view, something else did too... And it showed just how excited Joseph was becoming.

"Woah, nice half-chub dude!" Excitedly joked the stranger.

"I... I'm sorry..." Muttered Joseph as he averted his gaze.

"Don't worry man, it happens. Now let me keep checking." Said the stranger.

He proceeded to begin wiping down Joseph's legs, and then moved to his waist where he did the same to his pelvic region. All this time he was making sure to avoid touching Joseph's shy salami, but it kept growing, making such a task  impossible before long. Joseph's now fully-erect Johnson was laying against the stranger's arm, he could no longer maneuver around Joseph's body while avoiding it.

"Damn..." The stranger said, as he too began to blush.

Joseph couldn't even speak, but his desires were made clear to the stranger.

"After checking you out... I now see what's wrong with you, you just need to release some steam. and I know a great method..." Said the stranger eagerly, licking his lips.

Before Joseph could reply, the stranger had already pulled his Trader's Holiday O'clock Fitted Novelty Trunks down and immediately suffered the consequence, getting slammed across the face by his gargantuan joystick. The stranger took a moment to recover from the blow, and then began working his tongue around the monstrosity before him. Joseph moaned loudly as the stranger's tongue explored every inch of his beefy willy. Soon, the stranger began to properly suck on his thick smoothie, causing Joseph to involuntarily fling himself back and grasp onto the bedsheet. Minutes passed, every passing second causing Joseph to slip further into the ethereal world of pleasure that the stranger was creating. Soon, Joseph began to grunt, signaling the climax of this very thorough medical check-up.

Hearing his increasingly strained moans, the stranger worked harder and prepared for his reward. He took his mouth off of Joseph's jumbo corndog, but kept it open while he continued his work with his hands. And finally, Joseph delivered. He coated the stranger's face in a thick layer of love nectar. The stranger caught as much of it as he could in his mouth, but had to back away in order to properly breathe. As a result, Joseph's continuous fountain of youth caused the stranger's tent walls and bed to be coated in a lovely shade of white.

"Ah.... Sorry..." Moaned Joseph, now in a state of bliss.

"Don't worry about it." Said the stranger as he wiped his face clean with a rag.

The stranger began to clean up the mess, and Joseph helped him out. They gathered the dirty fabrics in a basket, and wiped the walls down with the same disinfectant that Joseph's body was cleaned with. They took the basket out to the same waterfall where they met. Joseph finally made an attempt to properly speak to the man  while he cleaned his soiled bedsheet.

"By the way my name is Joseph... How about you?" Asked Joseph.

"Aha! So you can speak! Well friend, my name is Kevin." Said Kevin.

"Kevin..." Repeated Joseph, blushing as he said it out loud.

"Yeah, don't wear it out! Though, you can wear me out anytime." Joked Kevin.

The thought of going another round with Kevin excited Joseph, causing his slumbering serpent to begin awakening once more. It was safe to say that he was now in love.  Joseph wanted to explore the rest of Kevin's body and find out what exactly he was capable of doing with his other hole too... But he restrained himself, after all, he had just sullied his home.

When Kevin finished washing the bedsheet, he got up and motioned Joseph to follow him back to the encampment. He eagerly ran behind Kevin and followed him home. As they walked side by side, Joseph saw his chance and placed his arm around Kevin's waist. Kevin allowed it, and giggled as they continued their journey. And for the first time in six years, Joseph began to look forward to something. He could sense a clear connection between him and Kevin, and his once-dead soul was now brimming with life and new-found purpose; To fill those glorious holes for the rest of his life.
