Florina Knox .... New York City, New York 6:30 AM

"C'mon, you have to get up." I hear an irrelevant voice say. I groan as I grab my blanket and cover myself in it, wrapped up as if i'm in a cacoon. Zach laughs at me and I raise my middle finger from underneath the covers.

"Just get up. We're Seniors for Godsake, get your ass up!" He exclaims. I laugh from underneath the covers at how frustrated and excited he sounds. He grabs the covers and pulls them off a little bit, coming face to face with a shirtless Zach. He starts to drumroll on his 6 pack and I laugh.

"And shes up! Ladies and gents, thank you for watching 'Lets see if Florina Will Wake Up' Join us tomorrow for a brand new episode!" Zach exclaims in glee as he holds up my tooth brush, speaking into it. I laugh as I put my hand to my face, rubbing my eyes. I idly wonder how my neighbors don't hear him and haven't knocked on my door yet.

"Now that you're up, get ready." He says as he tears the duvet off my body, leaving me in my underwear and a black t-shirt.

"Please explain to me why you never put on pants when you sleep." He says and pauses as he looks at my chest and rolls his eyes,

"Or a bra!" He says, sounding exhasperated. I giggle.

"First of all, I wear a bra almost the entire day and my boobs need to breathe and sleeping with pants on is the most idiotic thing in the world." I explain as I look at Zach who puts his hands on his hips, squinting his eyes at me. I look down to see hes wearing pants.

"I guess this is the part where I beg for your forgiveness and buy you coffee?" I ask sheepishly.

"I was thinking you could just apologize and get it over with, but coffee works." He says as he puts on a white collared button up and a black sweater over it. Zach is one of those preppy boys, but he surprises me everytime. At school, hes the goody two-shoes, at home, hes the total opposite. It's absolutely refreshing. I get up just as he puts on his jeans and head to my closet to see what to wear.

"Is it raining?" I ask

"Yea it's cold. Dammit, I thought New York would be nice for the first day of school." Zach speaks as he grabs socks from his duffle bag. Zach has a house that he lives in with his family, but he basically sleeps over everyday. It's quite funny. I grab a dark blue sweater with blue skinny jeans. I put on my Burberry boots and I grab my jacket as well as my shoulder bag. I put on some mascara and lip blam and tie my hair in a pony tail. I walk downstairs, grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge only to see Zach waiting for me by the front door.

"Ready?" He asks and I nod. We walk outside with our hoodies up and walk towards the car. We get in and turn up the heat.

"Are we picking up Brian?" I ask and he nods as we get out of the driveway and on the road to campus.

"Are you nervous?" He asks and I shake my head.

"It's just like the past 3 years have been except only this time, we get to leave and never come back."

"You really can't wait to leave."

"You have no idea." I say as I look out the window, noticing we have stopped at Brian's house.

"Where the hell is Brian?" Zach mutters as he then presses on the horn. Just after Zach presses the horn, I see Brian, walking out, with his hood up. He gets in the back, his breathing heavy. Both Zach and I look at him with furrowed brows, well, I'm looking at him with furrowed brows while Zach smirks in amusement.

"What happened?" I ask and he holds a hand up for us to give him a second.

"Ruby's dog, was chasing me so I ran from the back." He says. Zach and I laugh and Zach starts to drive as I look back at the road.
