3 weeks later...

"Falak! Promise me you'll take care of Ishika if anything happens to me" You said while holding her hand in yours.

"Why are you saying such things?" She said and made you sit on couch.
"Promise me!" You said again and again.
"Okay I promise!" She said
"I am getting late. Bye!" You said and left. You coughed and sat on nearby bench. You realized you're late. You went to his home.

"Where the fuck were you?" Ajey yelled at you.
"Sir, I-"
"I got enough of you! Guess what, you're fired. Don't show me your face ever again" He said while throwing your suitcase in your feet. You had no other choice without begging on your knees for your daughter's sake.

"Sir please don't fire me!" You sat on knees and joined your hands. You start to cry. He leaned down a bit and grabbed you jaw harshly.
"What? You only love money? Don't you?"
"Tell me, Why do you need money?"
"Be a good girl and tell me!"
"I SAID TELL ME OR I WILL RIP YOUR TONGUE OUT!" He yelled causing you flinch badly. He didn't even showed pity at your state.

"Si- Sir my daughter is in hospital." You said with trembling lips. Your breaths were too unsteady.
"So you have a daughter too? I finally find out how to hurt you! What if something happens to her?" He said without realizing what did he just blabbered. You felt your vision get blurry and fell down.
He realized the words he just said. He said it only to hurt you!

Ajey's P.O.V

I left her like that. I have to meet her daughter maybe- Deep down i feel like I am connected to her daughter. I know the hospital. I told the driver to take to that hospital. Before i could sit inside. I saw a girl coming on scooty toward me. She removed her helmet and came toward me but guards stopped her.
"I have to talk to him! LET ME TALK TO HIM" She kept yelling. I met her before. I gestured guards to let me talk.

"Ajey! I am Falak. You remember me? Y/N's friend." She confessed to me infront of everyone and i rejected her in Highschool.

"Sir, Xyz hospital" My driver reminded me.
"Oh shit!" I said while rushing to sit.

"You're going to hurt Ishika now? You're not a human. Tell me where is Y/N"
Her phone rang and After something  she heard. Her phone fell on floor. She ran and sat beside me in car. What is she trying to do.
"What do you think are doing?" I asked her.
"Please Ajey! I have to reach there. Ishika's life is depended on you now."

30 minutes later..

Ishika needed to have a surgery and Falak asked to pay for it. I paid without thinking twice.
I am actually realizing things but i don't wanna accept it.

"She is out of danger. And there are chances that She is out of coma. You can see her." Doctor said.

"Ajey, Go and see Ishika. You have to find out many things." Falak said. I nervously entered the room. I saw her on bed with an oxygen mask on. I looked at her eyes same as me. The mole on her top her nose, just mine reflection.

Falak's P.O.V

Ajey would've found out He is Ishika's father. I tried calling Y/N but she don't answer. I should tell Ajey about that day too.

Flashback.
I saw Ajey and Y/N laughing together. I had a crush on him since middle school. I was jealous of her. Next day I stole her phone and texted all those things to Ajey. I saw Ajey yelling at Y/n.

End of flashback.

I was so immature back then. I'm too guilty to tell you both truth. Forgive me Y/N. I saw Ajey coming out of room. His face emotionless. He sat down and start crying. I placed my hand at his shoulder.

"Ajey I have to tell you something too. [Actual story of that day]"

He pushed me before running out. He sat on driving seat.

Author's P.O.V

He ran inside the bunglow. You were still laying there like a lifeless body. He patted your cheeks you didn't woke up. I splashed a few drops of water on your face. He touched your body. It was cold. Neither he felt your breathing. You panicked. He lifted you and placed you in car carefully. He made you wear seatbelt. He start driving to hospital.......

"She had blood cancer. She is no more." Doctor said.

"You're lying." He wiped his tears and grabbed doctor's collar.
"My Y/N won't leave me like this." He pushed him away Before coming to your lifeless body. He held your hands and start rubbing them.

"Y/N? Don't joke around. Please Open you eyes." He cried and hugged you waited for you to hug him back. His grip around you got even more tighter. They tried to pull him back. But he was not ready to let go of you.

10 years later.

Ajey was painting a girl. The girl he ever loved. Y/N.
"Dad! You didn't took you medicines."
His daughter yelled from behind.
"I am strong. It's not like I will die" Ajey laughed and said. He had a heart failure so he got a heart transplant a few years ago. It was your death anniversary. He had chest pain again but he ignored it.

"Dada! How many times i told you to not say such things." His daughter scolded. Suddenly his chest pain went unbearable. He vision blacked out. When he woke up He was in hospital bed. He placed his feet down and stood up. You were standing infront of him. Smiling. He ran toward you and hugged you. You hugged him back, You felt something wet on your neck. He was crying. He looked back. His body lying on bed with doctors trying to wake him up. After doctors left Ishika came inside.

"Dad. I am happy for you. Finally You got rid of all pain. You're in a better place now. Don't worry about me! I am your and mumma's strong girl." She said while looking at his dead body. He got relief that everything will be fine for his daughter after his death.

"Let's go now!" You said while holding his hand. Finally you both met! It was a place where no one can separate you. You placed his lips on your forehead.
"I love you. Y/N" He mumbled.
