I needed to talk to Riker and explain. I quietly walked downstairs towards the front door.
I heard footsteps walking towards me.
"Rose! Where do you think you're going?" She asked.
"None of you're business." Normally, I wouldn't have replied to her like that, but I was upset.
"Don't talk to me like that! I'm you're Mother!" She yelled.
"Well you sure don't act like it." I muttered.
"YOU GO BACK TO YOUR ROOM! YOURE SUCH A MISTAKE WHY DID YOU HAVE TO BE MY DAUGHTER."
I burst into tears and ran back to my room.

I knew what I had to do. Riker hated me. Ashley hated me. My own MOTHER hated me. I can see why, too. I'm worthless. I'm a mistake. I walked towards my bathroom with tears streaming down my face. I opened my medicine cabinet and found what I was looking for. Perfect. A half-empty bottle of pills. I downed one pill after another. 1,2,3,4,5, until the bottle was almost empty. I sat down on my bed, feeling really dizzy. All I remember was texting Riker,
"Im sorry."
Before I passed out.

Rikers POV:
I really needed to apologize to Rose. I bought a card and a bouquet of roses, and headed to her house. As I got closer, I saw that I had a text from Rose.
"I'm sorry."
Crap, what did I do?? I ran the rest of the way to her house, going straight in and up to her room. The sight there made me drop the flowers and card. There was Rose, laying on her floor, an almost empty bottle of pills on her bed.

After I called 911, I started crying. This must be my fault. I was so stupid. I heard the sirens of an ambulance nearing. The ride to the hospital was silent. My mom called me and I told her what happened, and to bring Rydel and the boys down to the hospital.

We waited in the emergency room for hours, until around 3 in the morning a doctor came up.
"Who ever would like to see Mrs. James May go, but only one person at a time please."
Everyone looked at me.
"I'll go," I told him. He nodded and led me back to Roses room.
