Looking at everything that had unfolded in retrospect, there's no denying that this time Touza won in his process of forced manipulation and entanglement of the circumstances served to him. Shinkiro's probably dead, at least that's what he thinks the Lanceo would do. Although he believes she's capable enough to see herself out of the mess she started in the first place. In consideration, Touza knew Shinkiro did it because she's beginning to trust people. She had abandoned the assassination business, she permanently cut ties with Otakemaru, she saved her family, she asked and believed in him to help but everything ended up falling apart for her trying to be a better person.
Touza kept walking down the hallway, and he felt the guilt had started to sink in. Why is it that when Shinkiro had began to change for the better, it was him who found a way to snuff her chances out?
The Public Safety Commission office had a scarce amount of workers today, mainly because they were all deployed on field. The number of villains had begun to rise since All Might's dramatic fall, but he's here tonight to deliver one less menace out of their worries. Touza promptly entered and he was immediately recognized by the person who had hired him to hunt for Red Rum.
"It's been a six month hunt, I've lost a fortune to believe that you can do the job but you've remained fruitless." The old man stood up, with his hands behind his back. "I assume you are here to finally deliver some degree of success."
"Bounty number zero seventy six, codenamed Red Rum, is the lost daughter of Kenji Kumori. Her real name is Shinkiro Kumori, the person who had recently returned to the premises of her family." He handed out the evidences, scattering documents, photographs, and files, cluttering them on the table. As the old man was stunned by this discovery, Touza resumed. "First sighting of her power was in the annual fashion show of The Prophetess, you will see her red smoke almost illuminating a luminescent glow. The show had their own filming crew to document that event, none was harmed during that time."
"I did not pay you for information, Red Rum is classified as a Bounty. We need her dead body as-"
"A commotion happened in one of their manors where she killed soldiers of the Lanceo Family on a misunderstanding. The transactions between the Philippine war heroes and the Kumori are all legal trades of paid firearms until they were forced to retaliate since Red Rum's killing spree."
"The Lanceo's involved with Red Rum?"
"Once the Lanceo made their move, they requested Shinkiro Kumori as payment for the deaths of their comrades. Ashikaga Kumori agreed to let Red Rum be taken and that is the reason why I cannot have her dead body brought to you."
"What will they do to her?"
"She'll be executed for their deaths. I have everything there documented. Now I am requesting my dismissal from this mission."
The man was silent for a time, before a grim smile opened wide. "Well done... Well done!" He slowly clapped in celebration of Shinkiro's death. "I'll have Red Rum's case finally closed. Who would've thought this elusive villain is a little girl? Conduct an investigation on the Kumori Family, I want to know if that family is associated with other villains."
"I'm asking for my dismissal."
"Alright, I'll have others see through this, if the Lanceo really took Red Rum. You will be dismissed once I have confirmed that your reports are true."
