I settled myself under the fur cover. Wrapped in it was like being in the arms of a beautiful woman. I could hear the winds sing merrily through the snow. Listening to nature's lullaby I shut my eyelids, resting my head on the pillow feeling the heart of the lantern that burned beside the bed. The dimmer the lantern got the deeper I went into the ocean my sleep. I dreamt about Snowflakes falling on an angel's face. The beauty of her soul radiating through herself, her essence turned the place into a wandering castle. A fairy dancing through the woods. I followed the sound of her giggle down the lake. I stood alongside a tree closest to the stream. She would look back and smile with a wave and turn into sparkle. That's when I wake up every morning, rubbing my eyes as my sleep fades but not her essence. I moved the curtains from the window seeing nothing but the snow on rooftops. I got my coat on and walked through the slide down the hill.
This small town is on the far north side of the country. People here are mostly cheerful but there is a different kind of mean  in them as if they are soulless and bound to be happy but the children are merry the play and make snowman all across the down and every now and then you could hear people singing in choirs at the big church. And in everything in between was this lady, a florist the most beautiful woman I ever saw. I can vividly recall the first time I saw her, she wore a pink skirt with a white shirt and an apron, she would just settle her flowers and greet the children of the street but the Almighty knows why she would look at me and turn. Her walls seem soo high her heart too kind. Out of all the lands I have traveled there wasnt any stranger to whom my thread tied until now. Everything in me wanted to get be with her. It always felt there is a constant conversation between her soul and mine, and everyday the conversation would be different like our souls said it all, she knew that but she denied.

The work place was a mess. It was all the same everyday, most paper work. But something else happened that day. I was returning back home and I saw her wrapping up her flowers to close the shop. She seemed worried and when her eyes met mine she gave an expression of worry as if she wanted to warn me about something but as usual she didn't speak a word and turned.

I continued my steps on the narrow lane. There was a small crossroad I had to walk before I could reach my cottage. Right when I was about to reach the clearing I saw a man in a black robe and a black hat choking another fellow. I took cover behind a bush and watched the scene unnoticed. The man sucked the fellow's soul and vanished in thin air. I ran towards him, "Hey hey hey wake up" I spoke in a slow voice tapping that man's face. Suddenly I heard wings flap and I felt someone standing behind me, I turned around and saw that man stand right in-front of me and this time not only was he wearing a black robe and a hat but also had black eyes, yes horrifying black eyes he was a cross roads demon, a demon of hell. He snapped his fingers and threw me away from th kae body. He came closer and grabbed my throat and raised me in the air. Struggling for breath I would furiously move my hand and legs in the air and right when I could see the lights go out he got git hit with a light.
I got up with a bruised face and saw her standing on the other side. Yes her, she had this glowing body, her soul would radiate from every cell of her. She drew closer and with a wave she threw him again. She enjoyed hurting him and at last she grabbed his head and everything went all white and the demon lay on the floor with his eyes burned and his exorcised spirit damned back to hell.
She turned around and came close to me. In pain I tried to get back on my feet again. She gave me the most pretty smile I had ever seen and held my face and drew closer, looking in my eyes and then looking down I could sense her breath on my face as her lips got closer to mine and before I could thing her lips were locked to mine. It was as soft as a cake and as loving as an angel.
She drew back and my face was healed. I was touched by an angel, an angel of heaven.
