"What is love?" This question has been going through Jeon Wonwoo's mind for years. A question which he still fails to understand and answer...
Wonwoo and Mingyu slept in each other’s embrace until the next morning. It is currently 8:05 a.m. and Wonwoo is the first to wake up. Wonwoo slowly opened his eyes then he rubbed it. He looked at the room and flashbacks from last night appeared in his mind. He let out a small smile then turned his gaze to Mingyu who was still asleep. He is now staring at the younger, analysing his face features.
Wonwoo still couldn’t believe that they are boyfriends, he still thinks that he’s in a dream which could never exist. But here they are, cuddling each other on bed. Wonwoo cautiously pushed Mingyu’s away and got out of bed without making a sound. He tiptoed to his bag to get his phone. After fumbling through his bag, he finally took his phone and snapped a picture of Mingyu sleeping. He couldn’t help but giggle seeing how adorable Mingyu is when he’s sleeping, he looks like a giant puppy.

Wonwoo smiled before putting his phone on the nightstand. He then slowly got back to bed and laid beside Mingyu. Although he has work today but he didn’t want to get up, he’s planning on skipping today. He closed and rested his eyes. A few minutes later, he felt Mingyu’s hand wrapping him up but he still had his eyes shut, he was fake sleeping. Mingyu groaned and he went to kiss Wonwoo’s forehead, his eyes still closed.
“Morning hyung…” Mingyu said with his really deep morning voice causing Wonwoo to open his eyes. “Morning Mingyu.” Wonwoo said softly before leaning close to Mingyu’s cheek and kissed it. “Mingyu, I have work today, I have to go.” Wonwoo said, which caused the younger to pout his lips and grabbed the elder’s arm. “Hmm don’t go hyung….” Mingyu groaned. “Mingyu….” Wonwoo sternly said, making Mingyu furrowed his eyebrows and pouted his lips once more. Wonwoo knew very well that Mingyu wanted a kiss but he kept teasing him.
In the end Wonwoo gave in and gave Mingyu a peck on the lips. “Hyung, that's not a kiss.” Mingyu opened his eyes and looked at Wonwoo, a small pout still visible. “I want a kiss not a peck.” Mingyu complained which made Wonwoo giggle. Wonwoo leaned in once and this time he gave Mingyu a proper kiss. Both their lips on top of each other moving together, Mingyu then had his arms wrapped around Wonwoo, not wanting to let him go.
After a few seconds they both pulled away, smiling at each other. “You look cute in my shirt.” Mingyu smirked, making Wonwoo blush. “I-I’m not cute…” Wonwoo mumbled but Mingyu could hear him clearly. “Don’t say that Wonwoo, you’re the cutest in the world.” Mingyu pecked the elder’s hair, making Wonwoo smile. “Mingyu, could you get my phone? It’s on the nightstand.” Mingyu turned to where Wonwoo’s phone was and passed it to him. “Are you gonna go to work now hyung?” Wonwoo didn’t answer him so Mingyu decided to take a peek at his phone. Wonwoo moved his phone away while pouting.
“Ahhh hyunggg.” “I swear to god you’re such a baby.” Wonwoo chuckled at the way Mingyu complained. He continued typing on his phone before shutting it off. “And done.” Wonwoo sighed, making Mingyu raise an eyebrow. “Done what?” “I’m not going to work today.” Mingyu quickly sat up “Really?!” He was practically screaming which made Wonwoo cover his ears even though Mingyu wasn’t that loud. Wonwoo nodded which made Mingyu hug him. “So, we can be together for the whole day? Yes!” Mingyu was nudging his head against Wonwoo’s chest and Wonwoo smiled while patting his soft hair. “Mingyu-ah, I need to get my clothes.” Mingyu nodded and got up.
They both headed to the front and at the same time Minghao came out from his room to cook up some breakfast. “Morning Minghao.” Mingyu greeted and Minghao smiled “Morning Mingyu and Wonwoo hyu-“ Before Minghao could finish his sentence, he saw Wonwoo turned to his direction while smiling. But what made Minghao silent was the mark he saw on Wonwoo’s neck. It was a very obvious red hickey.
“Minghao, are you okay?” Wonwoo asked, which made Minghao’s lips curve into an awkward smile. “I’m fine, I’m gonna cook breakfast.” Minghao said while looking at Mingyu who was eyeing him and the kitchen. Wonwoo looked at Mingyu and Mingyu smiled. “Just ignore him. I’ll wait for you.” Wonwoo nodded and went to his house to get what he needed.
Wonwoo’s pov
While I was unlocking the door, I was confused about what just happened. Why did Minghao look at me like that? Is there something on my face? I unlocked the door and saw Soonyoung who was already awake, watching some shows in the living room. I saw him perked up when he heard me unlocking the door. “Wonwoo you’re back! Where have you been?” Soonyoung asked. “I was at Mingyu’s. Why, did you miss me?” I chuckled and Soonyoung laughed.
“Yes, I miss you very much my dear Wonwoo!” He sarcastically said and then I saw his smile drop. “Um Wonwoo, what did you do last night at Mingyu’s place?” Soonyoung asked, which made me gulp. “Nothing, why did you ask?” I saw Soonyoung slowly walk towards and he squinted his eyes. “Then explain what is this over here?! You can’t lie to me saying that that’s a bug bite!” Soonyoung aggressively pointed at my neck which made me scared, I always got scared when he acted all crazy. “What do you mean? I don’t understa-“ Before I could continue, Soonyoung pushed me to the nearest bathroom and halted me in front of the mirror.
“So now do you understand?” My eyes widened when I saw a hickey on my neck, it was really a dark shade of red. “Kim fucking Mingyu!” I whispered loudly but Soonyoung heard it. “Did you guys fuck last night?” “NO WE DID NOT!” I quickly turned to Soonyoung and he smirked. “So, you’re saying that yall did not have sex last night. Then why are you so nervous? If you’re feeling nervous, this means that you guys did fuck.” Soonyoung clapped his hands and I covered my face, hiding myself from embarrassment.
“WAIT, HOLD UP. You had a hickey, which means that you guys kissed. This also means that you guys are together. OH MY GOD! Are you guys really together? You guys made up?” Soonyoung was practically fangirling in front of me, I laughed and held his shoulders. “Kwon Soonyoung calm down please. And yes, we’re together, we’re dating…” I looked and Soonyoung gasped. “Yessssss! Like finallyyyy! I’m so happy for you Jeon Wonwoo, both of you.” Soonyoung hugged me tightly and I hugged back smiling. I'm so lucky that I have such a friend like Soonyoung.
“Okay, I’m gonna leave to do your stuffs but you gotta hide that hickey.” Soonyoung pointed at my neck and I nodded. We both clicked our tongues and made hand guns at each other before he walked away. I then went to get my clothes and went to Mingyu’s place.
