Today is the day for which most people wait their entire lives just kidding only High school care about it. If you haven't guess by now today is the day of my senior prom. Seeing the building in which I have spend 4 prominent years of my life being lied to and I could feel a rush of emotions that I didn't recognise flowing through me, like this is it. There is a reason I have been avoiding this place for over 2 months now and as I sat on my wheelchair outside the school the only thing that went through my mind was I am so not ready for it.
One year before
"Kay are you ready" the loud and confident voice of the older brunette startled the blonde from her trance like state. "Almost done" the sweet and soft voice that replied was in contrast to her younger sister's. The blonde was so immense in her book she didn't notice the time."what is taking you so long" Questioned an irritated Tisha Whitehall "we have a photoshoot to attend" she reminded as she tapped her perfectly manicured fingers impatiently against the wooden table outside her sister's room where she stood at a below average height of 5'ft, her brown hair tied in a perfectly neat french braid with black pins holding up her bangs. She was dressed in a magenta pink top that read Wednesday in yellow letters and black leather skirt with black ankle length boot heels giving her a stylish chic look. Even though she was already late not wanting to leave the book in middle Kiran tried to read the last page of the chapter she was at.
"don't tell me you are reading that God awful book again" Tisha snapped this time more coldly.
'The book is not awful thank you very much' Kayla thought to herself but not having the courage to voice her thoughts and Not wanting to test her short tempered sister's patience Kiran Whitehall the soft-spoken sister clumsily applied a book mark on her Human Psychology book and hurriedly replied to her sister while wondering if she was perhapspsychic "of course not I was just getting ready today is a big day" she replied hoping not to further anger her younger sister, Tisha gave Kayla a cold stare indicating she didn't believe her before looking at her sister's outfit with barely hidden distate. Kayla shuffled nervously on her feet under her sister's stare as she glanced at the casual light washed skinny jeans she was wearing with a black crop top and a light washed denim jacket, and black sneakers her blonde wavy hair were tied in a simple ponytail.
"Is..s something wrong" Kayla cursed herself for shuttering she was the older sister for heaven's sake but she would be lying if she said she didn't envy her smart strong and ambitious sister a little bit.
Scratch that she envied her sister a lot Tisha was smaller than most girls yet her aura of confidence made Kiran feel like the small one, her skin has a natural healthy glow her hair is shining and there is not a single strand out of place her blue eyes seemed to sparkle with intelligence, next to her the 6'ft blonde's hair looks like it is bleached her skin horribly pale giving her a sick look and the dark freekles on her nose just makes it worse her brown seems dull and lifeless. The sisters do hold some ressemblence in the shape of their eyes and nose but standing next to her sister Kiran feels like a washed out copy."Are you going to come or are you gonna stand there" the snappy voice of her sister bought Kiran out of her self loathing musings "comming" Kayla replied in as small voice as she followed her sister out in the big spacey corridor of their house more like mansion. Whitehall was a rich and famous family their father Marcos Whitehall was the founder and CEO of Style it up and he rarely had any time for his family he was too busy trying to earn millions.
