All three of us set off in now the afternoon. Instead of sending himself, the blacksmith sent his 16 year old son, Rory. Trevor had to keep his shop running by an adult and not a teenager. Rory, of course, was very talkative. "So, your friend Tamashi got taken by bandits?" He looks at me. "Kadashi," I correct him, "and yes." He grins and I don't know why. "What?" I ask. "You look cute when you pout," he says. I punch him in the face, hard, and his health goes down halfway. Wow! A really good outcome! "Ow," he exclaims rubbing his nose. Sakami starts laughing historically. I start to laugh to. Eventually, we were all laughing until we heard a scream. Sakami, Rory and I all run to the source of the sound. It was a woman so I walked up to her. She looked at me, her face was gleaming with tears. "What happened?" I question her. "B-B-Bandits," she says, she starts to sob even louder. "This might be our chance," I say to Sakami.
"Yes," he says, "It might be." We all run towards the trail of foot prints the bandits left. From the look of the prints, there's a whole gang of them. They all have the same footprints except for one. "What is it?" Rory asks, following my gaze to the odd footprint. "That's Kadashi's footprint," I say, pondering for a minute. The same thing whirling around in my head. Kadashi's footprint. Kadashi's footprint. Kadashi's footprint.
