*5 years later*

Kanon pov-

   "When is dad coming home." I asked putting my shirt and shoes on. Uncle Kobe looked at me and smiled.

    "He's coming home in a month or two." He said fixing his shirt. Jayla(his daughter) walked in with her hair every where pouting.

   "Daddy mamma won't do my hair. " She complained with a little attitude while pouting. I laughed at her and she gave me a death stare which made me shut up.

   "Go get ur hair stuff and I'll do it." Kobe said while putting his money in his pocket.

    "Mia! Come here." She walked in with one side of her hair in a bun and the other side down.

   "Why are you yelling." She yelled back and I started laughing. Kobe pulled her by her waist to him and he whispered something in her ear making her smile and almost cry.

    "Hurry up and get ready." He shooed her out the room.

* 15minutes later*

    "Alright My little pimps are we ready to go."Kobe said. Me and jayla jumped up and down screaming 'yess!'

   "Well let's go." Mia said walking out the door to the car and we ran behind her.

    "We're going to the mall. Hey, stop copying me. Imma hit u. Dad, Kobe" me and jayla said at the same time, Mia and Kobe just laughed at us.

..*at the mall*

   "Lets go to the shoe department first" Kobe said pointing at footlocker.

   "Yay" Jayla yelled grabbing my hand and running into the store which made me almost fall.

  "I'm going over there to try them on." I pointed at the shoes Kobe gave me a nod which meant I could go.

   After I finished trying on the shoes I was having trouble trying to tie them. I groaned in frustration.

   "Lemme help you lil man." A stranger said bending down to help I didn't really get to see him because his head was low.

    "There you go." He said standing up.

    "Thank you si- dad!" I yelled jumping on him he picked me up and started laughing. I was crying in his arms but smiling at the same time.

    "It's alright son, I'm here." He bounced me in his arms.

    "Mane I was wondering where u were." I heard Kobe say dapping him up.

    "I'm here now bruh. Where my sister at." Dad asked putting me down but still hugging me.

   "I'm right hea." She said with her voice cracking a little. He let me go and went to hug Mia she was crying more than I was.

   "Ahh my familys back together." Kobe said group hugged all of us.
