chapter eight

"There's a reason you didn't want to go with Tenko and them I know it."
"Please.. What are you rambling about now Kokichi.." Kaede spit out her drink and laughed.
"You know what I mean Kaegay.." Kokichi giggled then smirked.
"Kokichi knock it off.." Shuichi sighed and then slightly push Kokichi.
"Heyyyy! fine.." Kokichi sighed.
"Let's go in this store!" Kaede then smiled and skipped her way to the entrance.
"Ok I'm coming.."

Kokichi sighed as he walked to the store until he felt an arm grab him and pull him backwards as fast as it could.

"H-Hey what the-" He gasped until he saw Shuichi looking at him with a straight face. "S-Shuichi..?"
"Kokichi. Don't mention Tsumugi around Kaede ok?" Shuichi then let go and patted Kokichi's back. "She doesn't like talking about that time so try not to pressure her to much for it." Shuichi smiled at him.
"Why?"
"I don't even know, they dated before I knew both of them. Kaede won't talk about it at all to me and I don't force her too." Shuichi frowned. "All I know is that Tsumugi was a bitch to Kaede."
"Does she not like that I hang around with Tsumugi?" Kokichi frowned and looked down.
"No no, she could care less about that, she just doesn't like talking to Tsumugi. She knows that Tsumugi has become better than she was but she still doesn't want to hang around her, and I understand that." Shuichi grabbed Kokichi's hand and smiled gently.
"Ok.." Kokichi sighed. "I'll try not to bring it up ok Shumai?" Kokichi smiled at him.
"That's great! now come Kimchi, Kaede is waiting for us." Shuichi smiled and walked into the store.

"Yeah they might be at the mall but we're at a pool!!" Angie laughed as she slid down the slide.
"I know but I would think that they would possibly cancel the plans just to come hang out.." Tenko sighed sadly as she rubbed sunscreen onto Himiko's arms.
"Nyeh.. Twnko it's fine! it just means more pool for us!" Himiko giggled as she hugged Tenko once she was done.
"I know.." Tenko blushed and hugged back. "Don't get to a point to where you can't swim ok?" Tenko told himiko as she watched her canon ball into the water.
"I won't!" Himiko yelled back.

"Kiyo I.. I think this is enough sunscreen hun.." Kirumi gasped as she saw how pale she was from the sunscreen.
"Yeah babe this is a little over kill.." Rantaro gasped as well. "At least we won't be sunburnt I guess.." He added in and laughed.
"I can't have you guys sunburnt.. remember how bad it was last time..?"
"Maybe.." Both Rantaro and Kirumi said while looking away.
"Um Kirumi hun could you check the water for me?" Rantaro laughed nervously.
"Oh my god.. sure I will.." Kirumi smiled.

She then put her finger in it and smiled again.

"Nice and cool just how you like it" She said as she turned to both of them.
"Good!" Rantaro smiled. "Nobody likes a to cold or a to warm pool.."
"You weirdo.." Korekiyo giggled slightly as he followed both of them into the pool.

While everyone was swimming and having fun in the pool, Tsumugi just sat there. Thinking about why Kaede and the others didn't come to the pool. She knew why she just didn't want to tell them why.

'It's all my fault.
Why the fuck did I treat her like that back then..'

Tsumugi thought to herself until she felt a hand creep up on her shoulder.

"AH!" Tsumugi yelled and jumped until she saw Angie. "Oh.. Angie it's just you..!" She smiled sadly.
"Tsumugi!! come in the water with me!" Angie whined as she sat down by Tsumugi.
"U-Um I'm good.. I'll get in later ok..?"
"Awww come on Tsumugi please..??" Angie whined more.
"A-Angie please not right now.." Tsumugi said as she felt her chest tighten and her breath start to become more and more heavy by the second.
"Tsumugi whats wrong babe..?" Angie noticed and put her arms around her.
"Yonaga I need some space right now.." Tsumugi said as she got up and ran quickly to the bathroom.
