Blue Exorcist: The Separated Twins

Chapter 2

*10 assiah years aka 1000 gehenna years later*

It's been 1000 gehenna years since Rin made a promised with Satan to go to assiah. He found out his other power other than his flames which he has ability to use shadow or manipulate the shape of shadows. He also stopped aging right after his 14th birthday in assiah year and recently, he became a demon king, king of shadows. He also has a piece of land for him and his kin, but he usually stay with Satan and Yuri and rarely goes to his kingdom.

Now Rin is running in the hallway to a certain place that a gehenna gate is only for the demon kings althoug, because he is finally going to assiah but with Amaimon to visit Samael. In front of the gehenna gate, Amaimon, his father and his mother are waiting for him.

At first he was surprised that his father and mother came to see him going to assiah. "Dad~ mom~, what brings you here?" Rin asked as both of them look at Rin "We are here to see our boy go to assiah" Satan said in excitement.

"You know, both of you don't need to come here and see me go to assiah..." Rin blushed in embarrassment and both of them chuckled. "Aw~ we are excited that this is your first time travelling to the other dimension" Yuri said "A-anyways, I want to go to assiah earlier. I can't wait to see what they have over there" Rin tried to change the topic.

"Oh yeah, be careful for the exorcists, Amaimon and Mephisto will tell you about them. If something happens, you can immediately make the gehenna gate to come back. Also share your visit to us when you come back ;) " Satan said while Yuri who is behind Satan winked at her son.

"Are you ready yet, lil brother?" Amaimon asked in monotone but you can clearly know he is waiting for Rin impatiently. Amaimon got their attention and Rin remembered the difference of their time between gehenna and assiah.

"Yup, I'm ready Amai-nii. Let's go now, I want to go to where Sam-nii suggest me to go!" Rin said in a cheerful tone as he picked up his travel bag, ready to walk into the gate.

"Rin be careful, okay?" Satan said worriedly "Yeah yeah, I will." Rin just brush it off and walked into the gate along with Amaimon.

After seeing both of the demon kings walked into the gehenna gate, Yuri looked at Satan worriedly "I have a bad feeling that Rin will meet them and it won't be a nice meeting" she said while trying to hold her tears.

"Don't worry, he is old enough to handle himself. Samael and Amaimon is also with him" Satan tries to comfort her while patting her back.

With Rin and Amaimon, both of them came out of the gate and saw a mansion in front of them. "Amai-nii, where are we?" Rin asked curiously

"We are in front of aniue's house and we are in true cross, you can say this place is his territory." Amaimon replied Rin in his usual emotionless tone while having a lolipop in his mouth.

Suddenly a cloud of pink smoke appeared in front of Rin. "Welcome to my place and my mansion, little brother. Please call me Mephisto in public," Samael said as he take his hat off ans bowed to them.

"You look like a clown as usual," Rin couldn't hold his laughter any longer. "Hey, don't make fun of me. This is what I like to wear~" Samael whined then he clears his throat to continue "You will live with me and Amaimon in my mansion. But there are few rules that I will set up for you. First, don't use your flames in public because the exorcists will think father is attacking assiah. Second, I'll give you and Amaimon a set of keys that you can go sightseeing. Third, don't spar in public, you and Amaimon can go to a training ground which is for exorcists to fight each other."

"Fine, so where should we go now, Amai-nii?" Rin asks Amaimon and ignored Samael. "Let's go to the candy store. I want to buy more candy" Amaimon said and he goes to the direction where the town is located as Rin follows him.

"This will be interesting..." Samael smirked
