Blue Exorcist: The Separated Twins

Chapter 4

RECAP~

The exorcists are Shiro and Yukio, Yukio is Shiro's assistant for teaching the students. Shiro looked at the name list and saw Rin's name, he was shocked at first but then his emotion quickly returns back to normal.

While Rin is showing a excited grin, 'This is going to be fun' Rin thought.

Shiro started calling out everyone's name for marking their attendance and told them to introduce themselves one by one.

They started introducing themselves staring with the trio, the bald head one is Konekomaru, Koneko in short, the mohawk hairstyle is named as Ryuji Suguro but the group calls him bon and the pink hair guy is called Shima.

After the trio, next is a short light brown hair girl and a purple hair girl with thick eyebrows. Apparently their names are Paku and Izumo

After them Rin started to space out until it is his turn to introduce himself. He stood up and clears his throat "Hi, I am Rin, you can call me Rinka too. I am 16 this year. I like to eat sukiyaki, read manga especially action, comedy and emotional drama. My hobby is to train myself, doing researches and more" he said cheerfully.

Shiro heard the name "Rinka", he confirmed that Rin is the offspring of woman he liked and the man that he hates. He clears his throat and introduces himself and Yukio to them.

Rin hears the name Yukio and thought 'Didn't mum mentioned that I have a brother named Yukio? Don't tell me that's him... oh... this is gonna be exciting to see his reaction" Rin smirks internally.

Aftet Shiro introduced them then started explaining about temptaint as Yukio is preparing the ritual for those who have not gotten it yet.

When they finished the ritual and they started conducting the class which is about the basics of demons and their weakness. The whole time Rin did not pay attention to the class which made an impression to Shiro and Yukio that Rin is a lazy type of guy who doesn't put in effort to listen to the class, same goes to the students in the room, they think that it is better not to associate with him because he gives off a gangster and arrogant vibes.

After hours of teaching, boring classes for Rin has finally finished. As he is the last student who is in the classroom and wanted to walk out of the class, Shiro called him to stay for awhile. Shiro told Yukio to go without him and will catch up later.

"Yes, Mr Shiro? Do you need me for anything?" Rin asked him "I will not be beating round the bushes but do you happen to know someone named as Yuri Egin?"

"Uhhh no? Am I related to her or something?" Rin answered, pretending not knowing about his mother.

"Oh, never mind then. Because I was finding a kid of her whom I lost 16 years ago from a yeti attack. The baby had the same eye colour and hair colour as yours which is light blue and almost white at the end of the hair. So i was thinking if you know who she is or where she is" Shiro sighed

"Oh no wonder you asked me. Urm... I have to go now... I just remembered I need to meet my siblings later. See you tomorrow, Mr Shiro!" Rin told Shiro as he walked out of the class just to clear the awkwardness between them as he doesn't know what to reply to Shiro.

As soon as Rin got out of the cram school area, he exhaled a big breath of relief. He felt it hard to talk to Shiro who was supposed to be his adoptive father, he couldn't imagine what will happen if Shiro is his adoptive father at all.

He took a set of keys and insert one of the keys in a door hole then he opened the door. He entered and it appears that he is now outside of Samael's mansion with a yellowish orangey sun set in the background.

He thought for awhile and turned his back at the mansion, he decided to follow Shiro to see his younger twin brother. He entered the exorcist cram school before emerged into the shadows to find Shiro and follow him.

Shiro looked at Rin who walked out of the room hurriedly. He did not give up even Rin denied he doesn't reconise Yuri. Something is really suspicious about Rin but he couldn't put a finger on it.

Shiro decided to keep on observing Rin and ask him some questions of himself. He would also like Yukio to interact with Rin too, so both of them could get along with each other as brothers.

But before that he needs to tell Yukio the truth which he couldn't bring himself to do it. He admit to himself that he is afraid to tell Yukio about his other twin brother and his real heritage or even his mother.

He would be worried that Yukio will treat his older twin brother as a demon, trying to kill him heartlessly instead of treating him like a brother.

He walked towards the exorcist teachers' office, he felt something following him in the hallway when he is near the room. He turned back and see nothing except darkness in the hallway. He shrugs and thinks that he is hallucinating.

In the office, he meets Yukio and they pack their stuff to go back to the monastery. The insert a certain key into the door hole before opening the door and it reveals they are infront of a monastery.

Before they goes in, he felt something following him but he couldn't see anyone. He told Yukio to go inside and he checks the surroundings where if there is a person following him.

He checks where there isn't anyone following him, he enters the compound and ready to eat dinner with Yukio and the other exorcists who follows him after the blue night.

Rin watches Shiro in his shadow the whole time even when they are infront of the monastery. He could sense there are barriers around the monastery but the barriers are nothing to him, it is like a bug where it couldn't hurt him or even repel him.

He follows Yukio to the dining area where everyone is getting ready to eat their dinner which reminds him to eat his dinner too.

He exited from the monastery and uses the key to head back to Samael's mansion to fill in his empty stomach before him doing other things.

He remembered he promised Amaimon to battle with him in the training grounds. He prepared himself to wake up early tomorrow.

A/N: what should i say... in a nutshell. Yall told me to update, I promised that i will but i had forgotten about it for more than a year, plus school. I am in my last year of high school and facing an important exam in a few months. I do cosplays too (cosplayed Wanderer and Kazuha from genshin impact)
