Demarcus

"I'm sorry," Neveah says while drawing on my chest.

We just got finish fucking. She came over saying she wanted to talk but then we ended up in my bed.

"Mhm," I hum with my eyes slightly shut. "You're not even listening to me" she hits my chest.

"I heard you now stop so I can go to sleep" he huffs.

"Why it's not like you have something to do anyways" she rolls her eyes. "Yes, I do I have to work tomorrow"

"Just take off for me" she smirks and kisses my lips. I quickly move back taking her lips off of mine.

"No, I'm not, and you are still not tired". "No, I'm not tired" she rolls her eyes again.

"Stop rolling your eyes at me" I move away from her to the other side of the bed. She's starting to piss me off.

"Fine be a stick in the ass then" she groans and turns over too. I sigh finally being able to relax.

Closing my eyes, I quickly drift off to sleep with her heavy on my mind.

Next-Day...

"Do you really have to leave" Neveah whines? "Yes, now for the hundred times get up, get dressed, and get out so I can get to work," I say frustrated.

Ever since we woke up all she's been doing is complaining and trying to get me to take off. I took off yesterday and that was for a good reason but now she wants me to take off again.

I keep telling her no and trying to get her to leave but it seems like whatever I do she just isn't moving nor leaving.

"Nevaeh I'm tired of telling you that I need to leave, so get your shit so I can leave," I say aggressively.

"You know what, FUCK YOU DEMARCUS" she yells at me. I roll my eyes not worried about her.

She gets out of the bed and grabbed all of her things and left. Finally.

I finished getting dressed then head out the door. Starting the engine, I look on my phone to see what I've missed.

Nothing important was on there so I set my phone down in the cup holder and I make my way to work.

Pulling into the parking lot I parked my car then hopped out of the car. I walked into the build and was greeted with good mornings. " Mr. Scott, you have someone important here to meet you" Mark came up to me.

"Alright I'll be there in a minute" I assured him. I made it to my office and unlocked it and put my laptop and briefcase down on my desk then left it out.

"Show me where they are" I nod to Mark. He nods and I follow him. We walk into one of the many conference rooms and there sat a man.

He was dark skin, wore glasses, and was bald with a grey beard. He looked around forty-five to fifty years old, he looked pretty fit for his age though.

"Mr. Scott, I'm James I came here to talk to your uncle but I found out you're the new owner correct' he spoke properly. "Yes, that correct?" I nodded, slightly eyeing him.

"Well, I came to take to you about the deal me and your uncle had made a few years back. Did he tell you about it?" he asks. "No, he didn't inform me on any of this information but you could if you want" I gesture for him to continue.

"Well, a few years ago your uncle wasn't so happy about this company and he wanted to get rid of it. So, he and I made a deal that if the company still wasn't doing good I could have it" I leaned back on the door frame slightly irritated

How could he just make a deal like that without thinking first? Now the part where the company wasn't doing so good back then is true but why would he just give up so easily without at least trying to fix things first.

"Okay, Mr.?"

"James, just call me James"

"Okay James sorry for making you come all this way but I'm not selling the company to you" I stood up getting ready to show him the way out. "But a deal is a deal," he says.

"Yeah, well the deal is off now may you please leave I have more important things to attend to" I sigh getting more irritated.

He scoffs. "You'll be hearing from my lawyers" he storms out of the office. I chuckle and walk back to my office.

I sat down and turned on my desktop and started working. God can today get any worse?

Later on...

I drop my brief case down as I walk into my house. I was finally home after being in that damn office for eight hours.

I loosen up my tie and went into the fridge to grab a water. Quickly finishing the water I throw the bottle away and headed up to my room.

Entering my room the smell of my candle hits my nose making me relax more.

Them people at the office just make the job more harder then what it is and it starting to get more annoying the longer I work there. I think about quitting sometimes but I'm never going to do that.

Laying down in the bed I drift off to sleep without a care in the world.
