Hari stared at the walls of his compartment 2 weeks later. Quiet and contemplating when the door is wrenched open by a ginger headed boy followed by a brunette girl with curly hair. Both are wearing Gryffindor robes and prefect badges.

The two prefects sit down and remove their outer robes revealing out of school clothing. Hari sits there in a daze. Wondering if he even registered their presence, Hermione leans over and waves her hand in front of his face. Doing it again he blinks rapidly, re- focusing his vision.

"You okay mate? Bit out of it." Ron leans closer concerned.

"Ron's right Harry. You have been in a daze for a couple weeks now. What's wrong?"

"Huh? Oh. Yeah I'm fine. Just dreading going to the Dursley's." While Hermione nodded in understanding Ron sat there with a face of confusion.

"The definition of dreading is to anticipate with great apprehension or fear." Hermione states matter of factly.

"Oh. Okay...." Ron's face clears up for a second or two and before going back to one of confusion. Harry chuckles while Hermione sighs.

"The definition of apprehension is anxiety or fear that something bad will happen. And before you ask anxiety means a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about and imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome." Ron opens his mouth as if to say or ask something. Hermione snaps before he can get a word in.

" No More." She sits back with her arms crossed as Harry stifles his laughter. Ron sits there with a face of perplexation. Shrugging he leans back and starts pulling out cards to shuffle them.

"Wanna play exploding snap?" He looks up hopefully at Harry.

"Sure mate." Harry spends the rest of the train ride playing exploding snap with Ron while Hermione reads. When the train pulls into the station Harry's body goes on auto pilot and next when he comes to his Uncle is banging on the window.

As he steps out of the car he sees the house of the Litos. He gulps and looks at his Uncles purple face and takes a step back in fear. Vernon Dursley struggles to speak for a minute so full of rage. When he manages to open his gob he steps up to Harry and shakes his fist at him with barely contained rage.

"Listen Here Boy. Your spawn is in there! You and that thing are NOT welcome in my house. Dumbledore's warning or no. We took you in because of the money we received from Albus Dumbledore for your upkeep and because we couldn't get rid of you. We left you places and the next day you would appear on our doorstep. We may have had no choice but to take you in, but we will not be forced to live and take care of your Mongrel for you!"

With that, Vernon Dursley yanked out Harry's things from the back of his trunk, yanked open his door, and sped away a neighborhood over. In apprehension Harry fixed his luggage and cage, glad that Hedwig was away hunting. Harry gathered his nerve and knocked on the door of the Litos House.

The door swung open to reveal a tanned man in his mid thirties with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. His eyes flicked up and down and raised an eyebrow.

"Hi. Mr. Litos?" The man nodded in confirmation, "My name is Hari, I realize I was supposed to come by tomorrow but I'm afraid my uncle drove here and then drove off without me. I had no warning or I would have called ahead of time." Mr. Litos eyebrows furrow.

"You have manners. I'll give you that. Considering you're supposedly a delinquent who goes to that school for criminal boys." Mr. Litos waves Harry inside and he follows, "My Julie wasn't one for delinquent boys though. At least, not unless you pressured her." At this he turns and glares at Harry.
