Part - 2

Suyash is in his office, he meets his staff and begins meeting with the employees of his business partner. While in the meeting his mind is occupied with the thoughts and memories of Parvati. Seeing her after 10 long years makes his heart restless which is yearning for her. He tries hard not to think about her and concentrate on meeting.

Meanwhile Parvati and Narayani are in hospital, after meeting the doctor and the tests are done Parvati makes Narayani sit on a bench in the hospital garden. "Maa, aap yahan baithiye. Aur aap kuch lengi aap ke liya coffee le aau?

"Mujhe kuch nahi chahiye Parvati aur tum bhi baitho kabse yahan wahan bhag rahi ho," Narayani says.

Parvati smiles at her mother."Nahi maa, apke reports aa gaye honge, lab se le ati hoon aur main yeh bas apni pyari si maa ke liye hi toh kar rahi hoon ismein koi badi baat nahi yeh har beti ka farz hai main bas apna farz nibha rahi hoon."

At night Suyash reaches Mehra mansion, and Mrs.Wadhwa has prepared dinner for him. Mrs. Wadhwa is glad to see him and says, " shukar hai aaj jaldi aagaye mujhe laga puri raat office mein hi rahoge jaise London mein rehte the."

Suyash gives her a faint smile, and leaves after nodding when Mrs.Wadhwa says, "fresh hokar aao main tumhare liye khana lagati hoon."

Otherhand Parvati is in the kitchen preparing dinner, she is glad her mother's health reports are normal, nothing to worry about. Narayani comes there and asks, "Parvati, kya main tumhari kuch madad kardu?"

"Nahi maa, bas ho gaya. Aap baithiye, main abhi khana lagati hoon," Parvati says, flashing her sweet and warm smile.

Mrs.Wadhwa and Suyash are at the dining table, and Mrs.Wadhwa serves food. "Aaj main aur tum jee bharke khana khayenge apne desh ka swad kahi nahi aata, yahan ki mitti aur masalo ki khusbu ki baat hi alag hai," Mrs.Wadhwa says happily.

Suyash doesn't say anything and continues eating his food. Mrs.Wadhwa notices Suyash is quiet and lost while eating and says, "Suyash jab se office se aaye ho main dekh rahi tum khoye khoye rehte ho kya baat hai?"

"Aisa kuch nahi mumma, yunhi business and projects...aap yeh sab choriye," Suyash says, trying to hide his feelings, but it's no use in front of Mrs.Wadhwa. She gently places her hand on his hand on the table and says, "Suyash tum mere bete nahi ho lekin maine tumhe bete se kam nahi samjha hai, ek maa apne santan ko padsakti hai, mujhse jhoot bolne se koi faida nahi hoga ab bolo kya baat hai?"

"Woh mumma..." Suyash is hesitant but he decides to inform about the morning incident as it's no use to hide anything from Mrs.Wadhwa, she will not leave him until he says the truth, "maine aaj usay dekha."

Mrs.Wadhwa's smile grows wide. "Tum Parvati se mile ?"

"Nahi mumma, mila nahi sirf dekha, main office jaa raha tha toh raaste mein Parvati aur Narayani aunty ko dekha.  Main late horaha tha isliye wahan se chala gaya bina unse mile," Suyash explains. 

"Uffo tum mile kyun nahi unse ?! Kabhi toh kaam ke alawa kuch sochte..."

Suyash feels annoyed. "Mumma sirf kaam ki baat nahi hai, main kaise usse milsakta hoon woh shaadi shuda hai, woh apne pati aur apne parivaar ke saath khush hogi shayad ab tak uske bacche bhi hogaye honge."

"Toh kya hua ! Woh tumhari dost bhi toh hai kya kabhi do dost nahi milsakte  ? Tumne sahi nahi kiya, Suyash," Mrs. Wadhwa says.

Suyash sighs and says "mumma, aap sab kuch jaanti hai phir bhi yeh kehrahi hai aap jaanti haina main usse..." 

He does not complete the sentence.

"Haan, jaanti hoon tum usse pyaar karte ho aur aaj tak usay bhula nahi paye..." Mrs. Wadhwa smiles at him.
