Tommy and Deo walked into the new aquatic section of the zoo and explored a bit. It was full of different sea creatures, one tank had a few sharks, and overall was pretty cool. Tommy was really intrigued by the seals that they saw and looked at the plaque that had the information on them. Deo laughed at this and patiently waited for Tommy to finish so they could explore the rest of the zoo. A few minutes later Tommy returned to Deo's side and they wandered around the rest of the zoo.
Deo's pov:
Tommy and I wandered around the ready of the zoo, the new aquatic area was cool and was a great new addition but I wasn't all that intrigued by it unlike Tommy. "Hey you wanna stop real quick and buy something to eat? It's a little past noon and we haven't eaten yet?" I ask. "Sure I could eat." Tommy said with his usual bright smile. I smiled at him as well before I dragged us to the food area so we could eat before we continue to explore. We ended up buying some hot dogs and soda's, I got a fanta while Tommy got a coke, and we sat down on a bench as we ate. I couldn't help but smile, I was happy that Tommy was properly eating instead of making up an excuse or making me force him to eat. It was a big improvement and meant that he was clearly having a good time. I finished first and quietly waited for Tommy to finish, I decided to look at the map of the zoo so I could see what exhibit we could go to first. "Can we go see the Okapi's first?" I heard Tommy say before taking another bite out of his food. I smirked a little, Okapi's are one of Tommy's favorite animal so I should've known that he would wanna go there first.

"Sure, but we're going to the arctic exhibit after words so I can see the snow leopards!" I reply to him in a playful tone. He gives a small nod before finishing his food, we throw out our garbage and make our way down to the Okapi exhibit. The zoo still wasn't that crowded which was a little surprising because it's usually really busy about now, but hey I'm not complaining because that means that we won't be bothered by that many people. After a minute or two we eventually get to the Okapi exhibit and Tommy immediately ran to see the strange but cute creatures. "Why do you like these things so much?" I ask with a slight chuckle. "Well their cute, but I also like them cause they're sorta like me. They don't really fit in with some creatures, but that's what makes them special." Tommy answered happily. I smiled at him before bringing him into a side hug. He quickly returns the hug before getting distracted by the creatures.
Timeskip to later
Third person pov:
Deo was quick to run over to where the snow leopards are. Tommy laughed at him before running after Deo. They stayed in the arctic exhibit for about 10 minutes before they left to explore the rest of the zoo. They wandered around aimlessly and looked at the animals, occasionally making jokes about a few of them, and overall just enjoyed each other's company. They eventually ran into SapNap who was about to go on his break and decided to chat for a bit.
"So lovebirds, how's the date going?" SapNap asked in a slightly teasing voice. Both of them turned a little red, and shot a glare at SapNap who was doubled over laughing. After SapNap finally stopped laughing Tommy continued the conversation. "So anyways, is Karl working on anymore of his stories?" Tommy asked curiously. SapNap shook his head a bit, "He is working on a new one but he's having a bit of writers block at the moment and refuses to tell me what the story is about." SapNap responded honestly. "Well I can't wait to hear what he wrote this time." Deo said as he put an arm around Tommy's waist. They continued talking for a bit before Dream started walking over to them. "About fucking time! We were supposed to go on our break 5 minutes sgo!" SapNap shouted in a annoyed tone. "Sorry I was talking with someone on the phone and kinda lost track of time." Dream replied slightly embarrassed. "It was probably Gogy." Tommy said teasingly. Dream's face immediately went red, or at what you could see of his face, which caused the three to laugh. The four of them decided to hang out with each other until SapNap and Dream had to get back to work, after a bit of discussion they agreed to walk down to the cafe to grab some food. Once they got there they all sat at the booth and had their orders taken, Tommy and Deo didn't get anything because they already ate at the zoo. "Okay here's your food and drinks!" Karl happily said as he gave everyone their food and drinks. "Thanks love." SapNap said as Karl finished passing out everything. "No problem, call me over if you need anything." Karl replied before giving SapNap a peck on the lips before heading back to work. "And you call me a simp." Dream said before taking a bite of his food. "Shut the fuck up! Don't think I didn't see you flirting with George once we entered!" SapNap replied annoyed and embarrassed. Tommy and Deo started laughing as Dream and SapNap argued over who was the bigger simp for who. Eventually Dream and SapNap had to go back to work, so after saying bye to Deo and Tommy they payed for the food and drinks and started walking back to work.
"Well do you wanna head back to my house now? We've been gone all day?" Deo asked curiously. "Sure but I'll have to go back to my house cause of school tomorrow." Tommy replied, sounding slightly sad at the last part. They left the cafe and walked back to Deo's house, the walk was filled with a comfortable silence again and they just enjoyed the late afternoon air. Once they got back to Deo's house they just flopped down on the couch, Deo was turned on a random cooking show while Tommy cuddled into Deo's chest. They stayed like that until it was time for dinner, Deo made some pasta and shortly after finishing dinner Tommy gave Deo a small wave and began walking back to his house. -----------------------------------------------------------
Romance: There, done!
*Insert running*
Romance: What's that noise?
*Romance gets tackled by Main Author*
MA: Never make me run like that again! And give me that!
*Main Author grabs the book and gets off of Romance*

Angst: You still could've written the chapter without running away.
Fluff: Yeah, the running just made you take longer to publish it.
Romance: Shut up! I didn't think that far ahead!
