ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴜɪʟᴅᴇʀ

Walking down high street I came across a deceased person (I try to be polite) walking aimlessly across the pavement, trying his best to avoid the living as best as he could - even though he didn't need to.

I quickly grabbed the sleeve of his jacket as he was about to attempt to avoid me.

You might be wandering, Archie, how can you tell he's dead?

Maybe it's because of half his head looks like he's been bashed to pieces and his bloodshot eyes.

Also, can't go wrong with blood coming out your nose and mouth. I brought him to an alley and pushed him in front of me.

"You can see me?" He asked, stuttering as he did, trying to make out what's happening.

"Yeah, yeah. Now, how did it happen?" I gestured to his face. "I, um, got squashed by a falling plank?"

He said it like even he was wandering also. That did make sense, I did see on the news that there was an accident on a building sight, so I was expecting something.

Just not this quick. Oh well, I'm bored anyway. "Right, let's get started then."

I stopped to take off my rucksack and take out my first aid kit.

"Why are you getting that out?" I glanced up and looked at him in the eye.

"I don't want to look at you and see a bloodied face."

It was then I cracked a small smile, and he showed a face of realisation and bent down to my level so I could get started.

I know it's not good but I was in a rush and I had to get it finished. I'm am writing chapter 2 now and it will be out and a few days don't worry! :)
