a sigil couching occult reptilian amnesia:

the frigid basilisk's hypnotic grin. elliptic orbitals
course seaward, tracing deep currents beneath
granite - acerbic wisdom chiseling gravity's face.

a lens in camera dilates: an iris unpetalling
through the widening aperture, overexposed.
magnified, fallen into graceless focus, staring

reflected at the other end - saturn's darkened
daughters are sirensinging a leaden carousel aloft,
their graven marble rotunda in stationary axial rotation.

up onto the rocks crawl the fractured shells, the blacklit
celestial remnants we created, then etched bluntly into
interstellar spaces - ruined constellations in pieces. together.
