Me and My Shadow is a series of fictionalized tales inspired by my friend and companion of nearly 15 years (RIP). Although "The Grave Yard Shift" is destined to be the first segment to be published, due to its holiday theme, it is actually the third tale in this series. Associated stories are linked and share characters , however each may be enjoyed as a stand alone work. Me and My Shadow : The Grave Yard Shift depicts Shadow's Halloween battle with the demonic forces of Hell culminating in a face to face show down with Satan, himself. These tales are primarily narratives as highlighted by the the working title of the first installment " A Fictionalized Account of My Life With a CAT".
