CURTAINS DOWN

Negative thirty six degrees
We're taking the weight off our feet
In this metal-made armed seat
It's winter in our world
We're speaking volumes
You could've heard a pin drop
As our backs rested breathing in perfumes

Heartbeat...
Where's the heartbeat?
Fainting sound of our heartbeats

We brought the curtains down...

We sank into the ocean
Before we could even reach the island
Paid court to another so you can save your skin
Spent the time underwater
There's no point in coming full circle
My heartbeat's not helping
So I'm gonna give your wings
And fly away from here

Had a blissful ignorance
You got hold of the wrong side of the stick once
So you fell by the wayside
It was a nine days wonder
We're at the next door of forever
Sullen as it seems that it went down the drain

You steered clear of me
Steer clear of you
We'd brought the curtains down

Was there a time that you see
us running in your brain?
Was there a time that you wish
sensations to remain?
