You have to know that all bodies,hair,noses,fingers,teeth,eyes,ears are unique in every single person and these characteristics make yall beautiful.
Till a year ago I almost had anorexia because of my low self-esteem..... I was even counting the calories I've eaten all day.And you know, this life style, being unhappy and depressed over some kg is ruining you.<3 you can easily lose these kilos with some workout and healthy habits and not by making yourself throw up just because you think that you just ate something that with make you "fat".

I'm not a professional but i know that by not eating and starving yourselfs you ain't gonna make any difference in your bodies.So all you guys need to do is to pull yourselfs together stop being sad about how you look like and start doing something about it!! You will make it!!it is possible and it can be done! Remember nothing is impossible and you are capable of doing everything you wish in your life!🥰
