"I just don't know what could have happened, Joe. She's never just hung up on me like that! Do you think she's mad at me??" Vesper plucked at a few strings on his bass, then looking up to his band mate.
"Dude, I seriously think you're just overlooking this. And it's been three hours, we haven't even practiced once what's gotten into you man?" Joe asks concerned, as vesper has clearly let this girl take over his life.
"Band practice isn't important right now!! I need answers Joe I need advice!" He groans slouching back in his seat. "Do I call her again?" "Again?! You've called three times and she hasn't picked up the phone. Why would you call again? What you should call is your artistic abilities and pick up your damn bass again!"
Vesper blinks and picks up his phone. "I'm going to try one more time, ok?" He clicks Giyuu's name in his phone and listens to it ring.

"What is this noise thing it keeps making noise?" Giyuu had still been asleep, while Jinx had other plans, snooping around her room until he came across her cell phone. He eventually accepted the call. "What-?"
"Giyuu?"
"Theres voices in this thing?"

Vesper clutched onto his phone shooting up, excited for a final answer. "Giyuu? Hello?"
Jinx looked down at the phone, then over to the sleeping Giyuu on her bed. A devious grin appeared on Jinx's face, as he spoke into the phone with a "higher pitched voice." "Hello?? This is...giyuu."
"Giyuu I've been trying to call all morning are you ok?"
"I'm ok. Always am ok. What do you want??"
Vesper was taken aback by the question, Giyuu had never had an attitude with him before. "Your voice sounds kind of strange Giyuu, are you sick?" Vesper asked leaning into the phone.

Jinx sighs getting bored with the call, he had no interest in this conversation right now. "Oh I'm so sick!" He formed a fake cough that was rather miserable. Vesper felt his heart sink, his poor friend was really sick. "I'll be over in ten with some soup for you ! Stay in bed and don't go anywhere ok Giyuu!"
He hurriedly hung up and grabbed his bag. "Practice is cancelled today boys sorry." He rushed out of the room after waving to a disappointed joe.

Giyuu rubbed her eyes and sat up in bed, seeing Jinx attempting to put on some of her shirts and underwear. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING..??" Jinx turned his head to the girl on the bed. "Your style of clothing is strange. Humans are very strange people." Giyuu jumped out of bed tearing her clothes off of him and out of his hands. "Go back into the living room why are you in my bedroom?!"

Jinx scoffed. "Your stupid talking box kept going off and I got bored ok?? It said it was coming in ten with soup. I'm so hungry, and free deliveries is a win." He wrapped an arm around Giyuu looking down at her. "I'm the best aren't I~" Giyuu pushed him off of her. "Talking box..?? What are you talking about? Soup??" He pointed to her phone and she quickly felt her stomach drop. She went through her recent calls and saw a call with vesper that lasted two minutes. "VESPER IS COMING?" She pulled at her hair in panic and ran up to jinx. "You need to go somewhere you can't be here! Not when vesper is here he can't know there is a demon in my house!"

Jinx walked into the living room plopping on the couch. "Like hell I'm going anywhere. This is my home now!" Giyuu shook her head. "No it isn't! You're not staying here forever! "Why not? I'm pretty sure you said I could." Jinx retorts with a smirk. "NO I DIDN'T! PLEASE JUST LEAVE FOR TODAY!"

Jinx flopped his head back onto a pillow and stretched out. "Naw, don't think so. I think I'm going to take a nap instead." Giyuu ran over to the couch trying to get jinx off of it frantically. She pulled his horns , to which he let out a shriek. "HEY YA FILTHY HUMAN THAT HURTS!" He grabbed her wrist pulling her towards him, then away. "JINX YOU NEED TO LEAVE!" She yelled , grabbing his arm. The demon did not bother to move. "Make me." He laughed to himself not being moved. Giyuu continued to scream at jinx until a knock could be heard at the door.

Giyuu's head spun towards the door then back at jinx. "Oh my god oh my god- UH! Coming!! One second!!" She said as she tried to move jinx still.

"Giyuu-? Are you ok in there?" Vesper worriedly said knocking on the door in there. "I'm going to come in ok?" Giyuu heard the door open and immediately yelled, "VESPER WAIT I-" she fell onto an empty couch while vesper rushed through the door. "Giyuu!! Are you ok ? Oh my gosh!" He rushed over to her helping her up. "What's wrong?? Why were you yelling?!" Giyuu was looking around like a psycho. Where the hell did jinx go??? He was nowhere to be found he just disappeared!!

"I um- I was just looking for my glasses. Yes my glasses." She picked them up off the floor and put them on. "Oh, please sit down vesper I'm sorry!" She cleared a spot on the couch next to her for him to sit.

Vesper felt giyuu's forehead. "You feel warm, we need to get you to bed! And I brought you the soup!" He smiled gently , he felt sympathy for the poor 'sick girl.' Giyuu was sick, sick of Jinx's craziness.

"I'm- ok thank you so much vesper!" Vesper helped her up once more and led her to her bedroom. "The soup is a little cold, I'll go warm it up for you ok?" Vesper offered. However, out the door Giyuu could clearly see jinx snooping around in the kitchen, looking for food in the cabinets. "I'll be right bac-" "NO-" vesper stopped and looked confused. "No..? No what?" Giyuu squeezed the covers in her hand eyeing behind vesper at the tall demon in her kitchen. "No- I meant. The soup is fine cold, I'll eat it cold don't stress yourself!" Vesper chuckled "it's no hassle at all Giyuu, warm soup is better anyways!!"

Giyuu's breath hitched as he turned around holding the bowl of soup. "JINX-!!" "What was that?" "UM- DRINKS- I meant sorry, drinks! GET OUT OF THE FRIDGE-! Get them out of the fridge I meant-! Eheh..!" Vesper shook his head.

Jinx looked at the girl screaming and rolled his eyes, before the alien turned around to face the demon he disappeared, leaving the fridge door open. "Giyuu, you left the fridge open! Did you know? You poor thing you must be very sick." Vesper said placing the soup in the microwave and looking down into the fridge. He grabbed two bottled waters and closed the fridge door.

"Giyuu your kitchen is such a mess..what have you been doing lately?" Giyuu sighed. "Um..rearranging..but I got sick and had to stop. I apologize for my whole apartment being a mess right now." She turned her head to see Jinx laying beside her watching tv in her bed. "GH-" she jumped. "gosomewhereelse-!!" She whisper yells at the demon.

Vesper walks back in the room with the soup and water. "Are you...talking to your sheets..?" Giyuu looks back at vesper , frustrated. "No just, nothing. Im so tired." Vesper smiles and sits by her in bed. "Well here's your soup, eat some and rest up ok?"

Giyuu smiles, she's so lucky to have such a nice friend. He probably thinks she's crazy now, but she doesn't mind. "I will. Thank you so much vesper. Have you done anything new with your band lately?" She looks at him after taking a bite of the soup.

Vesper blushes at the fact that she's anything interested in the band. "Um- a-actually yes! We're supposed to be performing this weekend...maybe if you're feeling better you can come see it?" Giyuu nods. "I would love to! Then maybe later we can hang out and you can introduce me to your band friends."

Vesper tries to hide his happiness , but it's alittle hard. "Right..!! Sounds like a plan..I'll see you Saturday then for sure this time?" Giyuu smiles guilty, as she still feels sorry for standing him up last time. "Good, goodbye Giyuu! I hope you feel better." Vesper smiles and leaves the apartment, skipping around like a happy toddler.

"How gross." Jinx appears in the door frame. "What kind of stunts were you pulling their jinx!! You almost got us caught!!!" Jinx rolls his eyes. "Whatever, I didn't get caught right? So who cares!" He jumps on the bed next to her and takes the soup from her hands, slurping it up while watching TV. Giyuu scoffs. "What am I gonna do with you."
