~In An Unknown Location~

*Normal POV*

"It seems the blue planet is home to creatures who we did not know about, and they have foiled the attempts of the Chimera Anima's twice already."

"I noticed that." A boy with big elven ears and amber eyes said to a ball of light floating in front of him.

"I want the blue planet. Go, Kisshu. Go there and find them. Discover their weaknesses...and then get rid of them."

"Understood." The boy said before he teleported away.

*Mikan's POV*

Ichigo was literally screaming as we ran from our house to the school with our bags in our hands. We both woke up late, and now we're running late for school. "How did this happen?! We overslept by 30 minutes, dressed and ate breakfast in a hurry."

"Well, if you hadn't have gone back home to get something you forgot to take with you, then we wouldn't be running late for school!" I yelled.

"If I hadn't have gone back, you would still be asleep!" She countered.

"In my defence, it wasn't my fault I was watching reruns of Sailor Moon last night and lost track of time, and before I knew it, I was asleep, then I woke up a little late this morning!"

"Well, at this rate, we'll surely be late for school!" I followed Ichigo round a corner, but stopped immediately when she bumped into somebody and fell back. Good job I was there to catch her before she landed on her backside.

The girl with long green hair in two braids who wore a pair of glasses Ichigo had bumped into however, was not so lucky.

She fell to the ground, and had about four different school bags spread across the floor as well. "I-I'm sorry." She stood up on her own and looked at us nervously. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"

I helped Ichigo regain her balance and looked at her in confusion before turning back to the girl with the long green hair and smiled at her. "It's okay, there's really no need to apologize. My sister didn't look where she was going."

The girl jogged over to us and looked at Ichigo in concern. "Are you hurt? This wouldn't have happened if I'd been looking where I was going."

Ichigo waved a hand in dismissal and gave her a closed-eye smile. "It's alright. Like Mikan-nee said, I didn't look where I was going, so it was totally my fault."

The girl presented Ichigo's school bag to her that she had dropped and bowed politely. "I'm really sorry."

Ichigo took it and smiled gratefully. "I'm sorry, too. Are you alright?"

The girl stepped back in surprise. "Huh?"

"Is something wrong?" Ichigo asked.

"Um...nothing." The girl replied timidly before she started picking up the school bags from the floor.

I walked over to her and helped pick up the last two before handing them over to her. "Here you go. I hope that nobody is causing you any trouble. You seem like a sweet person." I have a feeling I know exactly what's happening to this girl, and why she's been acting so nervous and timid towards us.
