Soon Ishqi got dressed into causal attire, she grabbed her purse while Ahaan grabbed his belongings and they both left for the mall in Ahaan's car. It was a short drive, the shopping centre was a mere 7 minutes away from the Verma Mansion.

Ahaan parked the car in the parking lot and Ishqi and him entered the mall. Ishqi phoned Kartik-

On call:
Ishqi: Hello...Kartik, kahan ho tum log?

Kartik: Floor 3, shop # 4 mein hai, jaldi aajao aap dono
Ishqi: Hmm, okay- we're coming
Kartik: Bye

----
Ishqi: Chaliye AVM-

Ahaan: Kahan hai woh?

Ishqi: Arrey, mein le kar jaa rahi houn na- Aap aaiye mere saath-

Ahaan: Just tell me-

Ishqi: Yaar, aap har waqt mujhse larhte kyun rehte hai?!

Ahaan: Tum har waqt mujhe itna annoy kyun karti ho?!

Ishqi: Ughhh, she said and just grabbed his hand and started walking towards the elevator- Ahaan was taken a back by her sudden action but he didn't say anything and just followed behind her.

They were alone inside the elevator, while their hands were interlaced Ahaan gazed at Ishqi who was looking out the glass barely even realizing she was holding his hand. After 10 seconds the lift stopped right in front of the shop where everyone else was. They went into the store and spotted Sonu & Raj looking at some clothes, they advanced towards them, "Hi Sonu-Raj" Ishqi and Ahaan said and hugged the couple-

Sonu: Finally you guys are here, Mujhe s- she stopped mid-sentence when she caught sight of their interlocked hands.

Raj looked at Sonu who gestured him to look at Ishqi and Ahaan's entwined hands- Both their eyes widened in shock- While Ishqi and Ahaan stood confused at to why SoRaj were acting the way they were. "Inn dono ko kya hua" Ishqi whispered to Ahaan who shrugged, "Pata nahi"-

Just then Kartik and Tara also came from behind with coffee in their hands, "Oh Bhaisaab!" he said immediately spotting their connected hands. Ishqi and Ahaan turned around to see Kartik reacting the same way Sonu and Raj had- "Aab tum dono ko kya hogaya hai" he asked a bit annoyed by them-

Kartik: Humein nahi balke aap dono ko kya hogaya hai? Itna barah change itni jaldi?! he asked teasingly-

Ishqi: Hain? Matlab?

Tara: Di aap itni bhi bholi mat baano-

Ahaan: Have you guys lost it? Kya ajeeb baatein kar rahe ho-

Kartik ignored him and whispered to Tara but loud enough for them both to hear, "Haathon mein haath dal ke yeh dono ghoom rahe hai aur ajeeb hum hai?!"

Ishqaan inner voice: Haathon mein haath?

Then it hit them, they looked down towards their hands which were currently entwined tightly, they looked up, back into each other's eyes and jolted their hands away from each other.
