------ The next day dawned slower than some people anticipated, Ishqi and Ahaan had breakfast with their respective families and both left for the Malhotra Construction's office.
Ahaan was in his cabin when there was a knock on the door- As promised Ishqi was there at exactly 9:00am- Ahaan's lips curved into a smile but he put on his blank face before she walked in, "Come in!" he yelled and Ishqi came in- "Good Morning AVM" she greeted him- "Hmm" he replied-
Ishqi: Kya "hmmm"- aap good morning ka jawab sahi se nahi de sakte?!
Ahaan: Tum mujhe dekhte hi argue kyun karna start kar deti ho?!
Ishqi: MEIN?! Humesha aap start karte hai, meine kaha "good morning AVM" aur aapne jawab hi nahi diya-
Ahaan: You're so petty!
Ishqi: And you're so khadoos!
Ahaan sighed, "Good Morning"-
Ishqi: Mujhe nahi chahiye aapka khadoos sa "good morning"
Ahaan: TOH PHIR ARGUE KIS BAAT PAR KAR RAHI THI?!- he frustratedly said-
Ishqi: Issi baat pe ke aap har waqt Mr. Khadoos kyun baan ke ghoom rahe hote hai? Kabhi toh acche mood mein raha kijiye-
Ahaan: Tumhe mere mood se kya matlab...let's get to work okay?
"Naam teen banda mean" she muttered while rolling her eyes at him- "Mujhe lagah kal ki tarah woh "sweet AVM" wala roop continue rahe ga, but yeh toh phir aapne khadoos mode par wapis aagye hai!...Mujhe kya? Mein bhi aab full ignore maaru gi" she mentally said while glaring at him-
She put the files in her hand on the table, "Let's begin"- They started the meeting, Ishqi didn't go off topic even once..the only thing she talked about was work. This continued for an hour and a half. When the meeting was successfully completed she coldly said, "Bye, A- Mr. Malhotra" and exited his cabin.
"Isse kya hogaya hai" he mumbled-
Ahaan's cabin had a huge glass window so he could see Ishqi walking away, she looked back at him and rolled her eyes, when she turned around she bumped into someone- the files in her hand fell on the ground, "DEKH KE NAHI CHAL S- Aarav?"- Her expressions changed from anger to a smile which was noticed by Ahaan as she hadn't gotten that far from his cabin.
