Punz had been on another mission, due to them being a mercenary. It made Sapnap worried sick. He wouldn't have known if they would of gotten hurt or even worse killed. So when the phone rang his heart dropped. It could of been anything but his mind couldn't help but think of the worse. They slowly walked over and picked up. It started out slow but once the word death was mentioned they dropped the phone. All of his worst nightmares came true.
His knees became wobbly. As quickly as the call came he soon fell on the floor holding his mouth to stifle a scream. As more tears fell there came loud sobbing. They were regretting not saying goodbye for one last time.
--flash back--
Punz had been called in for a job again, it was the third one this week and South map was getting tired of it. They understood that the other couldn't just quit. So when Punz was leaving he let out an audible scoff. They stopped and looked at him. "Hmm?" Punz questioned as Sapnap looked at them. "Why can't you just stay?" Sapnap blurted out. Punz just looked at him as if he kicked their new born child. "Sappy you know I can't..." There they go calling him Sappy.
Sapnap just stayed quiet as Punz looked at them. Punz just sighed before leaving to do their job, fully knowing that this is their last job. They just whispered 'bye' before leaving. Sapnap was confused on why they didn't say 'I love you' but he just didn't question it.
--end of flash back--
Sapnap was quick to come to the hospital. There he met up with a few others that had been called in as well. Sapnap walked over to were Dream and George were standing and chatting. Dream looked up at them, he knew that Sapnap needed someone to be there from them. So when Sapnap was finally over by the two. The two pulled him into a long hug.
Soon Sapnap broke down crying again. He couldn't bear the thought of losing his partner. The first one who got away from the hug was George. It wasn't till a bit later before the two pulled away from the other. So when a doctor finally came out to talk to the group. Sapna was the first to hear the news about his partner. There was some good news and some bad. Their partner was fine but the bad news was they lost a lot of blood and they were in a coma but they were in stable condition.
Sapnap couldn't help but smile. The doctor then told the other two the same exact thing. Soon after that they were able to visit the blonde. Sapnap was allowed first to visit them of course.
Soon after visiting hours were over it took some convincing but the two were able to get sapnapped to live with them until Punz came out of the coma. Sapnap just knew that Punz was now going to be okay.
