"Energy?" Infinity quietly whispers.

"I'm still here." He says weakly.

Infinity frowns, recalling hearing Energy's screams from the day's torture. It's been two days since the kidnapping and they have yet to escape.

"D-Does he know who you are?" She hesitantly asks, looking towards the barred-up window which reveals the night sky.

"Yeah..." He replies after a moment of silence.

"I'm so sorry." She sobs again.

"I told you, it's my fault. I'm sorry for hurting you. I really do like you Infinity. I just got scared and I let it control me."

"It's okay. I really like you too. I swear, we'll get out of here."

"I know." He responds with a small smile, watching his blood drip onto the ground.

Energy begins to grow lightheaded from his blood loss, unable to hold himself up any longer. His head drops and he falls unconscious. Infinity hears his chains clank and frowns.

"Energy?" When he doesn't respond, Infinity assumes he must have passed out.

Infinity looks to the window once more before sighing, then wincing in pain. A few moments later, her eyes grow heavy as she passes out as well.

Infinity's screams cut through the air, startling Energy awake.

"Infinity!" He shouts, pulling against his chains.

Infinity screams again as the knife slices through her flesh above her right breast. Another cut on her thigh, then her bicep, and her abdomen. The cutting seems to go on for a while when Jacob finally stops and sloppily wraps her wounds. Bandages cover her chest, replacing her shirt and bra. Bandages litter her body in various places barely leaving any skin showing. Jacob stands up with a smirk, licking Infinity's blood from the knife.

"It's your boyfriend's turn." He grins, walking away.

"No! Please Jacob! Not him! Please just let him go! Torture me all you want just let him go!" She sobs, hurting her bruised wrist more from pulling against her chains.

The cuff digs into her wrist, causing her to suck in a painful gasp of air. Jacob turns to look at Infinity, expressionless when he suddenly gets an idea.

"I'll grant your request, Doll." Infinity looks at him with wide eyes.

Does... Does he mean it? Wait, no, he never listens to me.

To her absolute terror, she watches Jacob kick Energy to her side of the room. Energy rolls over, leaving a small trail of blood as he slams into the wall.

"No!" She screams.

"I let him go, as requested." Jacob beams.

"You know damn well that's not what I meant." She snarls.

He shrugs, "Guess you should've been more specific with your request Doll."

Infinity looks away, unable to watch Jacob beat Energy senseless. How he stays conscious? Infinity does not know. Eventually, after what feels like forever, Jacob leaves Energy in front of Infinity and walks out of the room.

"E-Energy?" She shakily breathes.

He groans in pain and Infinity silently cries, gently pulling Energy's head into her lap to rest. He painfully lifts his head to look at her although he cannot see her.

He softly shushes her, "it'll be okay." He whispers, gently stroking her cheek.

Infinity grasps his hand, slowly pulling it down to rest. She then gently grasps his face in her hands.

"M-May I? I promise I won't look." She whispers, slipping her thumbs under his mask.

He hesitantly nods and Infinity closes her eyes, slowly pulling his hood off. She runs her fingers across his jaw until she finds his lips. He hisses in pain at a cut and she flinches back.

"I'm sorry." She whispers.

"It's not your fault." He reminds her with a small smile.

Tears slip down her cheeks as she leans closer, connecting their lips. Energy's eyes widen in response but he does not pull away. He weakly lifts his arms to wrap around Infinity and pulls her closer. The kiss is sweet and salty, full of want and need. It seems like hours they sit there kissing. Whenever they break away for air, they are quick to reconnect their lips, grasping at each other trying to pull the other even closer. Butterflies flutter in the pits of their stomachs, their bodies growing hot at the intense kissing. Eventually, they pull away, resting their foreheads against each other. Infinity gently bites her lip, shyly wiping away any leftover saliva on her lips.

"That was..." She breathes.

"Amazing." Energy sweetly smiles, although Infinity cannot see it.

She smiles in response and Energy throws his hood back on. Infinity leans against the wall, cuddling with Energy with a small smile on her face.

At least I have this.

"Don't give up. We'll find your sister and my Son." Misako says with determined eyes.

Cole looks at her with defeated eyes.

"We don't even know where to begin looking." Water whispers.

"Wait!" Lightning shouts, startling the others.

"What?" Fire asks, with a small glare.

"What about Daphnie? She's a witch, doesn't that mean she can track her or something?!"

The others look at Lightning in surprise.

"That may work." Ice smiles.

"Then go, Ninja. Save them." Misako smiles, watching the Ninja as they run off.

"Alright, I'm on my way now," Daphnie says into her phone, watching people pass her on the street.

"What? Why did you leave to come get me?" She asks with a raised brow as she turns down an alley.

"I'm a witch, it'll be hard for him to catch me." She replies into the phone.

"That it is." A voice smirks, standing in front of Daphnie.

Her eyes narrow and she glares hard at the man.

"What do you want?" She asks, lowering her phone.

"You want to see your friend again, right? Then you'll come with me."

"How do I know this isn't a trap?" She asks, her eyes now glowing in warning.

"It's as you said, what can I do to a skilled witch such as yourself? I just need you to cure Energy's eyes."

"If you know everything, you know I can't do that." She snarls.

"Then Infinity will switch places with him. That was her plan, was it not?" He grins.

Daphnie closes her eyes, her body glowing green before the light fades.

He can't be trusted. He wouldn't approach me unless he was sure I wouldn't interfere which means he has something up his sleeve. This protection spell will create a barrier in case he tries something. Don't worry you two, I'll get you out.

To make her spell convincing, she carries her phone to her pocket with her magic and ceases the glowing in her eyes.

"What are you waiting for? Lead the way." She demands.

Jacob chuckles before signaling her to follow.
