Anyways, this book is based on a fictional disease called Hanahaki...It is a disease where if a person's lover doesn't love them back or is in love with someone else, the person will start vomitting out Flowers. So before reading this u should know what is Hanahaki disease.... If u couldn't understand what it is from what I have explained just search it on net.
Also, the ending is a teeny bit confusing but if u read it again it will make sense ( eventually).
