We are outside in the grass lying down next to each other. My shoulder is right against yours as we gaze at the stars lighting up the pitch black sky. It is a full moon and we've been out there for an hour or so. The temperature started to get slightly colder so I came a little closer to you resting my head on your shoulder. You turn to your side putting your arm around me pulling me in closer. My head nestled into your chest and arms curled up placed against your chest and shoulders. Both of us were slightly tired from the stressful week, we felt as if time had stopped and it was just us. You look at me with a slight grin on your face. My body is right against yours. I look up at you as the moonlight shines on our faces. There was a light shade of blush on my face as I smiled. Slowly I came closer, never breaking eye contact. My lips met yours for a few seconds that felt like it lasted an eternity. I pull back looking away in embarrassment and shyness cuddling right back into you. You rest your chin on my head.

"I love you darling."

I said slightly muffled from talking into your chest but still auditable enough to understand.

Replying back in delight. A few minutes pass and I slowly drift off falling asleep in your arms.
