"Griffin! Serenity! Look, I found a ladybug!" A small girl cheered happily as she rushed back over to her two, a smile evident on her face. The taller of the two, a black-haired boy who seemed to always wear a hoodie even if it was a hot day like today, gave her a small smile and ruffled her hair slightly.

"Good job Valeria! Try using your quirk on it! Come on, it'll be fun!" Valeria just looked up at Griffin nervously before looking back down at the ladybug. She'd never hurt it or use her quirk on it, it just wasn't fair, but if Griffin said it was okay, then it was okay, right? The blond-haired girl who was standing to the side of the two scoffed softly, catching Valeria's attention. What was wrong? Why was she upset, shouldn't Serenity be urging her to use her quirk like griffin usually does? No... come to think of it, she's never really asked or told her to use her quirk as griffin did.

She bit her lip nervously as she looked between the two before shaking her head slowly. "No... I don't wanna hurt 'em," she whispered softly before slowly making her way away from the playground towards the three's 'secret' hideout, as they liked to call it. It was a hidden clearing farther within the woods surrounding the playground. Giggling softly, she crouched down, setting the ladybug down on the grass, a bright smile on her face as she looked over at Serenity. Serenity crouched down beside Valeria smiling at the girl, pulling her into a hug before both girls winced once griffin stomped on the ladybug with a smile.

Griffin was the more aggressive and violent of the two friends, Valeria has. Yet he also was the one to reach out to her first, so of course, she wouldn't say anything if she was upset by what he did. She had recognized him from that time at the picnic but was to nervous to talk or even go say hi. However Griffin seemed more than willing to approach her at the park Serenity close behind looking nervous. But instead since she had already seen the boy she assumed that he was okay. He was safe and befriended them before getting any of her family's approval. Yes, he had just killed the ladybug she made sure was safe without even a blink of an eye, but it didn't mean he was bad or anything. Just had a lot of anger it seemed, Griffin always gave the best hugs. And he'd give her cuddles whenever she asked which was very important, cause if you gave Valeria cuddles no matter who you were she would immediately love you. Which scared her parents a bit, but what could truly be done about it? She was a trusting child who had latched onto two seemingly good kids.

Serenity was the oldest of the trio and was like a big sister to Valeria. She had short blond hair with turquoise-colored eyes. From what serenity told Valeria her eye color was like her quirk. They were a pretty blue color because she could control water. Not very well, mind you, but it still was always fun to watch the other girl use her quirk.

Whenever the two were together, they could play for hours on end without ever getting bored or wondering when they had to go home. She showed Valeria how to braid her hair even though she didn't do it often cause as she put it, 'braiding takes too long, and I have places to be and people to see!' she didn't of course, but it always made the two girls giggle out.

Valeria or better known presently as Azami was raised in America, specifically New Hampshire, in the more affluent area. Her parents were always worried about her ever since she had developed her quirk. As in the current quirk based society, if used poorly, it could and would be seen as a villainous quirk. Anyone would, after all, she could control anyone she pleased by just talking to them. Yet she never liked using it, claiming that it wasn't nice. When Azami had first used her quirk it was triggered when she was about 3 and 1/2 earlier than most children, she had been angry at her older brother for taking her stuffed animal away. Even though the little girl couldn't remember what happened, apparently her parents returned just in time to see their youngest and only daughter making their eldest out of two sons do the chicken dance while the middle child just looked at Azami horrified. Anyone would've been at that moment. Within seconds, her father had picked her up trying to get her to stop hurting her brother in any way possible, and it worked. Her mental hold on her bother was released but almost immediately after she passed out from exhaustion.
