"Hey sweetheart."
His cheerful voice called for her and she couldn't control herself.Tears flew out of her eyes and she started sobbing. How can she be calm about it? She was gonna get killed. Someone wanted her dead.
She cupped her mouth as to not make any sound. Shrithik was shocked when he saw her shaking. Quickly getting up he went to her and holding her shoulders, turned her around.
"Sweetheart? Why are you crying, sweetheart. Did something happen? Or-"
She cut him off by hugging him tightly and crying in his chest.
He pulled her towards the sofa and sat her down. She cried sitting there and he left her to get water.
And Sameera's pathetic ass thought that he was leaving her.She was crying so much that she couldn't speak. She banged her head on the head rest of her sofa.
When Shrithik came and saw her disheveled shape, he sat beside her and softly spoke
"Sweetheart. I'm here take this water."
He said and she opened her eyes. Still sobbing she nodded and took the glass in her shaky hands. But before it could reach her mouth Shrithik took it away from her.
Her hands were shaking so much that she would have spilled all the water on herself.
He was not able to see her state like that. She was looking so........ vulnerable.
He brought the glass to her lips and made her drink the water.
"Yeah. That's like a good girl."
Then keeping the glass beside he took her sobbing mess of a face in his hands. Cupping her face he softly asked
"Now tell me, why are you crying this much?"
Her weeping which stopped for a minute once again started. She looked in his eyes with her watery eyes and her lips trembeled.
She took his t-shirt in her hands and crawled up on him. Straddling him she hit him.
Shrithik laughed. She was so voilent when sad.
Without saying anything he just rubbed her back. Slowly she stopped crying, and the sobs slowed down.
Now she was tired from all the crying.
