Trick or treat

chapter 2

I closed the note, throw it on the ground as we both got into the car and started driving down the road to the hotel room hoping to find Jas in the morning when it's more light outside.

I suddenly drove passed a Patrol station and noticed the same black van but the men didn't have masks on this time.

I parked the car without being seen by the men. After a minute the van slowly drove away.

I needed to see who that was in the back so I decided to follow it, we ended up following it to a hospital.

When we arrived at the hospital, I  followed the guy sneaky into the building. I noticed he stopped outside room 20 and went inside.

The blinds were half open so I could see inside the room, I saw Jas strapped to a hospital bed unconscious.

I felt my heart breaking looking at the scene in front me. My stomach ached because I couldn't go in and help him, I would be in more trouble.

The same man from earlier with the sheep mask on was rubbing his hand onto my boyfriends cheek. Jas still laid there lifeless, yes he was breathing.

A machine was plugged into him, I wanted Jas back in my arms, cuddling in bed.

I couldn't risk being caught and that wouldn't save Jas so I don't want to risk it.

I just realised the guys walked up to the door so I ran quickly around the corner to hide from view as the door opened.

The two guys started singing something while walking down the hallway going to a vending machine with drinks in it. I sneaked into the room and hid behind a curtain as I heard footsteps coming towards me.

I Suddenly heard a deep male voice coming from inside the room. I though I was in trouble.

A guy went over to the sink and got a bottle out his bag with a bottle of pills.

He filled the bottle with water and dropped the pill into it.

He then placed it down onto the sink waiting for it to mix into the water making it cloudy. While splashing his face with cold water before the door opened again, to my surprise the bunny mask dude came in and started talking with the guy at the sink.

The two of them didn't notice me so I took the opportunity to make a distraction. I went into my pocket and found a coin, I tossed it into the bathroom. It worked perfectly fine as the guys looked over at the source of the sound and went to go check it out.

They both looked down to get a better view of the item, completely distracted. I immediately pull the rug underneath them quickly as they fell to the floor hitting their heads which made them unconscious, luckily the room was sound proof so I didn't get caught in here.

I picked Jas up gently and quickly, I ran out the hospital and reached the car. Chris opened the back door so I could place my boyfriend in the back seat. I looked at him before getting in the drives seat.

Jas started to come back to us as I kept looking at him through the review mirror thought-out the whole journey back to the hotel room.

After a 20 minute drive, and walked into our hotel room, I placed Jas on the bed and squeezed next to him making sure he doesn't fall of the bed.

I wrapped my arm around Jas tightly, as he fell asleep on me making me smile and I felt my eyes go heavy, the time was only 9pm but we did have a busy day.

I will clean Jas up in the morning, right now he needed a rest.
