Baltimore, Maryland

Sam and Milena were in the motel, catching up for lost time. "So you're telling me that Bobby let you hunt by yourself?"

Milena was sitting on Dean's bed as she watched Sam, "Yeah, dad said that I was old enough and was really good so I started taking some cases that he couldn't."

"And you never told any of us? You could have been in serious danger."

She got up, "John knew before he passed. I thought he would tell you but I've been fine Sammy. Haven't died yet."

As Sam was packing his bag, the motel door swung open. A swat team walked in, pointing their guns at Sam. A lady walked in pointing her gun at Sam then looked over at Milena. "Going somewhere, Sam?"

"Well, isn't this just lovely." Milena said, looking around the interrogation room.

Sam started pacing around the room, not saying anything. Milena put her feet on the table and leaned back. The door opens and reveals the woman from last night, she had two cups of coffee and placed them on the table. "Thought you two might be thirsty."

Sam stopped, "Okay, so you're the good cop. Where's the bad cop?"

"Oh, he's with your brother."

Milena took her feet off the table and leaned forward, "Okay. And you're holding us, why?"

"Well, he's being held on suspicion of murder. And you two, we'll see?"

Milena and Sam looked at each other, shocked, "Murder?!"

"You two sound genuinely surprised. Or are you two that good of an actor?"

"Who was he supposed to have murdered?" Milena asked, sitting up straighter.

She looked at the blonde girl, "We'll get around to that."

"Well, you can't just hold us here without formal charges!"

She stepped forward, "Actually, we can for 48 hours, but you being a pre-law student, would know that. I know all about you, Sam." She then opens a file in her hands, reading it out loud, "You're 23 years old, no job, no home address. Your mother died when you were a baby, your father's whereabouts are unknown. And then there's the case of your brother Dean. whose demise was, well, just a little bit exaggerated. Feel free to jump in whenever you like." Milena looked at Sam confused, wondering what case she was talking about as Sam leaned on the wall with his arms crossed. "Shy? No problem. I'll keep going. Your family moved around a lot when you were a kid. Despite that, you were a straight-A student. Got into Stanford with a full ride." she closed the file and looked at him, "Then about a year ago there was a fire in your apartment. One fatality. Jessica Moore, your girlfriend. After she died, you fell off your grid. Left behind everything."

"I needed some time off. To deal. So I'm taking a road trip with my brother and best friend."

"How's that going for you?"

He shrugged, "Great. I mean...we saw the second largest ball of twine in the continental U.S. Awesome." He pulled a chair up to the table and straddled it.

"We ran Dean's fingerprints through AFIS."

Sam nodded. "Got over a dozen possible hits."

"Possible hits. Which makes them worthless." Milena told the cop.

"But it makes you wonder. What are we gonna find when we run you two's prints?"

Milena held in a breath. "Yeah, well." Sam pounded his fist on the table sarcastically, "You be sure to let me know, all right." He then pointed at the cup, "May I?"
