Description- The user can manipulate already existing wind. As in the wind has to be relevant. It can not be created by the user without using any sort of devise. They can basically make the wind blow a direction, or use it to blow someone down. Anything really. Not a lot of stamina restraints because the quirk doesn't really need anything done from the holder.
Hero Names- Windy, Bora, Flurry, OutBreak
