"Don't worry love, I'm not here to hurt you, I came to apologise". "Apologise?". "Yes, for everything I've put you through, I am sorry, can you ever forgive me?".
I sighed. "I'll consider it". "Thank you Katerina". I smiled at him. One of his followers came up to us. "I need to speak with you". "What's wrong?". "Some enemies are coming this way, Mikael has returned". "Well, we shouldn't keep him waiting, you, come with me".
I followed Klaus through the hall. We both saw Mikael. "Hello boy". Mikael smirked. "And who are you?". He turned to me. "Katerina Gilbert". "Ah the name Katerina, that brings back times, doesn't it, Niklaus?". "Indeed". "Well, I better get my work done". Klaus frowned.
Mikael vamp sped to me and stabbed me in the heart, with something sharp. I gasped crying. He pulled it out, it was a wooden knife.

Klaus looked at me. I put my hand to my chest, breathing heavily. "Katerina, are you alright?". "Yes, I'm fine, get Damon".
"I'm not leaving you". "I've already asked, now do as I say, GO". I screamed. He vamp sped out of the door and found Damon. "Klaus?". "Come quick, Katerina's hurt". "Where is she?". "She's at your place".
Stefan, Damon, Elena, Caroline, Bonnie, Matt, Rebekah, Kol and Elijah followed him. They got to where I was. "Katerina?". Damon shouted. I walked around the corner to where everyone was, I had my hand on my chest breathing heavily.
Everyone saw. Damon rushed to me. My legs went numb, as I collapsed in his arms. He held me in his arms. He sat down and held me, my head resting in his arms. I gasped and was crying. "Katerina, what happened?".

"I-I came looking for you, Mikael, h-he was here, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry". I was crying. "It's not your fault, it's not your fault, stay with me". I nodded. "I've fallen in love with you, I love you Katerina". I nodded.
"I love you too". I whispered. I gasped and started coughing. I tried to get my breath, but couldn't. "Stay with me Katerina, listen to me, stay with me". "W-We were great weren't we". I laughed. "Always getting into trouble". He laughed crying.
I gasped. He looked at Stefan crying. "Hi Stefan". I smiled and was breathing heavily. "S-Stefan, I-I just want you to know that I'm so grateful for everything you've done for me". He nodded. "Your going to be okay, just try to stay calm".
"I-I should have listened to you, I'm sorry, I don't want to die". I was crying. "Your not going to die, just breathe Katerina". "Damon, keep pressure on her chest". He pressed on harder. "I just want you to know, that you made me so happy".
"I know, I know, your gonna be fine, Katerina, listen, your gonna be fine". "If it's gonna be one of us dying, it's gonna be me". "Stefan, your jacket". Stefan took his jacket off and passed it to him. He put more pressure on my chest.
"No, your not leaving me please, please Katerina don't leave me". Damon was sobbing. "Damon, I love you". I whispered. I gasped. "Your okay, Katerina, your okay, Katerina". He looked down at me. He gasped and started crying. Stefan looked away crying. Damon was still holding me.
Bonnie came walking in. She saw me and started crying. "Katerina?". "Hi Bonnie". I smiled. "I've found a solution". "What is it?". Damon looked down at me. "Your going to be okay". He whispered. I smiled at him. "I can do a spell to heal her, she'll be fine".
"Thank you Bonnie". "I'll get started right away". "Do you hear that Katerina, your gonna be okay". Damon nodded. "N-No, I won't". I gasped. "We were meant to be happy, but I have another fate". "No, Katerina, listen to me, stay with me".
I smiled. Bonnie came back. "Okay, Damon, hold her". Damon held me tightly. Bonnie started chanting. I felt a lift and the pain went away. I passed out in Damon's arms.
"Katerina, Bonnie what's wrong?". "That's normal, she should have passed out, when she wakes up, she'll be back to normal". Damon sighed. "Thank you Bonnie, for everything". She nodded.
Damon picked me up and placed me down on the sofa. He sat on a chair, watching over me. "Do you want to clean up?". Stefan asked. Damon looked down and saw that his shirt, jeans, arms and hands were covered with my blood.
"Yeah, can you watch her please?". "Yeah of course". Damon washed up and got changed. He walked in the living room and saw me still on the sofa. I gasped loudly and started panicking. I was breathing heavily.
"Katerina, your alive, your alive". Damon was crying. "Damon". I whispered.
