The awakening

To and fro

Morning brought two males entwined with each other.
The smaller male yawned stretching until his hands touched something warm. Blinking his eyes open he looked to see what it was and saw someone's shirt buttons in front of him lifting his head up he saw a sleeping Jungkook. He gasped then put his hand to his mouth but Jungkook didn't stir.
He cautiously sat up admiring the handsome male, his beautifully structured features he gently ran his fingers across his brow, then he leaned to his mouth pressing against those soft lips, about to pull away when a hand reached to the back of his head pulling him harder against a mouth that was suddenly kissing his passionately," well that's a great way to wake up" a sleepy husky voice said rolling Jimin on top of him and gazing into his shocked eyes.
"Er um er, you have to go what if someone sees you here this early, you don't want rumours to start." He said worriedly.
"Jimin, my hotel my rules, what rumour could it be? Mr Jeon stayed the night?True, mr Jeon slept with Jimin?True,Mr Jeon likes Jimin? Also True"
"But you can't be with me......"
"Why not, don't you like this?" He said kissing Jimin, his tongue licking the others lip asking for entrance and gaining it the little moans from Jimin giving him the answer he needed. He felt himself getting hard and held Jimins hips against him grinding against the small boy his breath coming harder. Jimin too pushed against the other when his conscience kicked in ,what was he doing!
He wiggled away from the other,moving as quickly as his ribs allowed," so gotta pee, Erm maybe you should go home ,change er rest up properly ...,we shouldn't do this, I'm just your worker"
Jungkook rolled off the bed stalking to the boy,
"Jimin I will let you off for now but when your properly healthy I will not let you escape that easily, all this to and fro between us has to stop, I like you and you like me so let's have fun together, " he pecked the boy on the forehead before leaving Jimins room to go to his office with adjoining en suite where he kept spare clothes,taking a shower and getting on with his days work .
Two days passed and then Jimin got a call , it was from a lawyer telling him his father was being taken to court that morning if he wanted to go. Jimin dithered about ,wondering if he should go then decided to go so he could face his demons once and for all.
He slipped from the hotel not wanting to bother his friends there,they had wasted enough of their time on him he thought , getting to the court he found Yoongi sitting outside as he was a primary witness in the fraud, Jimin didn't need to speak as the photographs and written statement from the doctor and Jungkook were evidence enough.
Yoongi stood up," Jimin why are you here?" You don't need to see the scumbag."
"I need to put it to rest," he patted his brother on the shoulder and went into the courtroom.
All the charges were brought up, jimins assault and injuries, the fraud , the intimidation against the lawyer and his family. The jury gasped when they saw the injuries on Jimin staring at the small boy wondering how someone could pick on him, Yoongi gave evidence against his father on the fraudulent signing of documents and the lawyer relayed all the information he had, the jury was sent away but returned very quickly to give their verdict. On all three counts he was found guilty, the judge told him to stand, "do you wish to say anything Mr Park before I sentence you?"
Mr Park turned to the jury sneering, then faced his two sons," you two should be ashamed of yourselves, destroying your father like this,you are only here to serve me," he said arrogantly ," this trial is a joke , so what if I hit him he was mine to do with as I wish, why shouldn't I have his money, I deserve it putting up with a gay little fucker like him, he ruined my Yoongi , he has been a jinx on the family, I curse him."
Yoongi stood up shouting at him," you pathetic old man still not taking any of the blame for what you have done, all of this is you and your greedy viscious nature!"
The judge called everyone to order and began his sentencing," mr park for the vicious assault on your family member I sentence you to five years and six months added to that for ignoring a restraining order another year, for the fraudulent signing of documents four years for the threats and intimidation four years, in total fourteen and a half years to be served immediately no chance of parole."
He was taken away immediately blustering about the unfairness. Jimin and Yoongi stood up leaving the courtroom.
"I'm sorry Jimin I have to go file his company for bankruptcy the few staff that are left need apologies too.....,are you ok?"
"I'm sorry Yoongi for the trouble I caused,"
Suddenly a group of news people came rushing at Yoongi who told Jimin to go back to the hotel while he dealt with them.
Jimin slipped out, feeling the guilt weigh heavily on him, was he a jinx, if he had never turned up would they have been a happy family?
He couldn't go back to the hotel he didn't feel like talking, he suddenly thought of somewhere, looking in his wallet he found the piece of paper Yoongi had written on and given him, it was his parents real name and where their ashes were, it was , twenty miles away but when Yoongi gave it to him he had looked up bus timetables, so without thinking about it he went to the bus station got a ticket and left.

Yoongi had dealt with the media and his fathers business putting a lawyer in charge of it all. He wanted to get to the hotel to check on Jimin.
Once there he saw Tae," Tae is Jimin ok?"
"Jimin I haven't seen him why?"
" can you check his room,"
"Yoongi what's up?"
"Dads case was today, he was found guilty but blamed Jimin for everything, I need to make sure he's ok"
" I'll get the room pass key come on,"
The two went to the room finding it empty,"shit where is he?"
They both went to reception looking around.
"Hey fellas what you up to?" Jungkooks voice came from behind them.
They explained and then Jungkook joined the search worried about the small boy. They even went to his apartment but no luck there.
"where could he have gone," a worried Tae said .
They sat in Jungkooks office throwing out where they thought Jimin might go, suddenly Yoongi stood up,"yes!" He shouted getting stares from the other two.
"What..what is it?"
Yoongi explained about the info he had passed onto Jimin about his real parents.
Jungkook got up ," txt me the address I'll go see,"
Yoongi did as asked, but demanded that Jungkook phone if he found him.
Dashing out Jungkook put the location into his sat nav driving of as quickly as he could.
