Ok, so this is my amazing plan that I have tried and completed many times. WARNING do not try this if you can't outrun a wanted level of three amount of cops. Ok so you know how strippers have a ton of money? Well go to the strip club and shoot the guard, then run inside and shoot all the strippers you see! Collect the money, and run outside (make sure you have a vehicle waiting) and get in and run for it!!! The most I've made is close to 1000 dollars! My tip for outrunning the cops is getting on the freeway and go in complete circles...lol
