Andrew's face sank as Laura ran off. Ross looked at Andrew then Laura. "Sorry dude." He said and ran after Laura. "Laura!" Laura looked at him and stopped running. "What was that?" He asked. "I can't go to the prom with him." Ross gave her a confused look.
"I was suppose to feel special Ross. I imagined being asked to prom and thinking, wow, he's the guy for me. I want to go to prom with someone I can spend the rest of my life with." Laura pours out, tears stinging her eyes.
He hugs her and she cries into his chest. "Its okay. You never know, that person can be right in front of you." Ross whispered. Laura looked at him with a small glare, "Ross don't-" He cut her off. "I never said the person was me. I was thinking it but never said it."
"I'll tell you what, we invite Cody and Autumn over your house, order two pizzas, and talk in the living room." Ross says. "You know me so well." Laura smiles and they continue on their walk home.

"You said what?" Autumn said into a yell. "I said no. I like him and all but he just isn't for me, yah know?" Laura explained. "Yeah Laur. We know." Cody said grabbing a slice of pizza. "I know you two are guys and don't care but can you at least act like you care?" Laura asked.
"We do care Laura." Ross said. "Of course we care. We may not understand as much, but we care." Cody adds. Laura smiles at all her friends and they smile back. "Group hug!" They all yell and jump in for a hug. "I love you guys." Laura smiled as she pulled away.
Laura went to the kitchen to get some drinks and she saw him. She saw Andrew outside through the window. She opened the kitchen door and went outside. "Hey." Andrew said slowly. "Hi. W-what are you doing here?" Laura asked. "It's because Ross." Laura gave him a confused look.
"What's because of Ross?" She asked. "You don't want to go to prom with me. Your still in love with Ross. You want to go with him. Isn't it?" Andrew said. Laura just stood there, frozen. "What? Me and Ross aren't together. We are just friends, I can assure you that." Laura says.
"Who I want to go to prom with? I don't know. It just... isn't you." She said, slowing down her words st the end. Tears forming in her eyes, as she looked at Andrew. Laura ran to him and quickly kissed his lips. "I'm so sorry." She whispered.
Laura went to walk but Andrew grabbed her hand. He wrapped his arms around her waist and sunk his face into her neck. Laura smiled a little and slowly wrapped her arms around his neck. Ross walked into the kitchen, wondering why Laura was taking so long.
He looked around, but no Laura. He shook his head and went to put the dirty plates they used into the sink. He looked up and saw her. Saw them. Andrew looked up and gave Ross a thumbs up. Ross faked a smile and gave him a thumbs up back. Autumn then walked in and sae Ross's face.
"What's wrong?" She asked and looked out the window. "Oh. Don't be upset Ross. Maybe you and Laura aren't meant to be." Autumn tried to make him feel better.
"I don't care if we are meant for each other or not. She's happy. And that's all I want. Is for her to be happy. Forget about me, Laura's happy."
Awww. Ross is putting Laura first. That's so cute! But he doesn't know that they are actually breaking up. That sucks I guess.
