This is at a place called the Primordial Bio-Cube. It's a mod place by Neeher, one of the guys helping make Sim Settlements 2.
This sunset was just really pretty, and it made the whole place orange for a moment. So I took a picture of it, edited it a bit to look like how it actually looked compared to how my phone took it.
