Animen went down the alley to find a weird green bug looking thing. They sat down next to the thing that was crying, it looked up at them with obscure blue eyes. "I've never seen anything like you before, could you tell me what species you are, little one?" Animen asked politely and the thing slightly perked up it's antennas.
"U-uhm I'm an irken, an a-alien species according to y-your planet," the irken stuttered, fiddling with its hands.
"Well that's cool, anyway my name is Animen! What's yours?" Animen asked with quite a bit enthusiasm, this made the irken perk up it's antennas even more.
"Erm.. it's Cip" Cip said and looked up at Animen.
"Nice name!" Animen said, "anyway, why were you crying?"
"Oh.. well.. My leaders banished me here," Cip said sadly.
"Heh... I can kind of relate, well not with the leader thing." Cip immediately looked Animen directly in the eyes, "one of my friends ditched me too but in a more gruesome way." Animen gently patted Cip's head, "wanna come with me, I'm trying to figure out something but i just can't get answers from anybody about it."
Cip nodded and then they both walked out the alley, "oh lord it's already sunset? Hehe, must've been out here for a long time, huh?"
"Isn't it supposed to be brighter in the sky on this planet?" Cip looked up at Animen.
"Wait, how long were you in that alley?" Animen asked, concerned while the small alien brought out a screen.
"Uhm, well in earth hours, I've been here.. uh.. 23 hours and 40 minutes," Cip said calmly not realizing how long that is for earth.
"YOU'VE BEEN IN THAT ALLEY FOR A DAY??!!" Animen shouted and startled Cip, who nodded slowly. Animen slowly shook their head, "well we better move on now, i still got to find answers to how i was brought back."
"What do you mean by that?" Cip asked, looking up at Animen with curiosity.
"Uhm.. so.. Uhhh this is gonna be hard to explain.. But I'm kind of supposed to be... dead," Animen said, which made Cip almost fall backwards.
"Species on earth can revive others?!" Cip shouted, then Animen shrugged.
"Not all of us, to be honest I didn't really know magic actually existed," Animen stated, shrugging once again in the middle of their sentence.
Cip looked up at the sky, "so are you looking for someone with those powers so you can integrate them for answers?"
"I guess, just get rid of the integration part," Animen answered, Cip nodded to this answer.
"Well do you remember what they looked like?" Cip said.
"Uhm.. I wasn't really looking down at my corpse at the time so I wouldn't know," Animen replied.
Cip stood there thinking of something, "how about we go back to the place your corpse was and see if the person left something behind like a fingerprint."
"Cip, I'm not Conner, how are we going to see who's fingerprint it is," Animen said.
"Who's coonoor?" Cip asked, pronouncing Conner horribly, "also I have something in my pak that can help with identifying the fingerprint."
"Oh Conner's from a game, he's an android sent by Cyberlife," Animen referenced because they're a pro epic gamer (please don't kill me).
"Oh okay?" Cip said, confused and took out a device from her pak.
"Oooo, what's that?" Animen asked, pointing at the small device.
"Something we can use to scan the fingerprints," Cip said.
"Awesome!" Animen said in awe.
They both then rushed over to Leamhan's house.
