THE BEGINNING OF THE END // oc story (OUTDATED)

Chapter 5

As soon as Animen and Cip got outside, they realized people most probably won't believe them about a creature made of ink  so Animen asked someone right in front of them, " Hey, uh, do you know anyone who's pretty... y'know knowledgeable on magic? "

" Yeah, everyone knows em' at this point tho', they don't ave' a name so everyone calls em' panda," the person said.

" Do you know where they live or at least a place they visit frequently? " Animen asked.

" They're always goin' to the nearby lab, " the person replied.

" Alright, thank you earth being! " Cip thanked the person as her and Animen went on a long walk to the lab. Animen was getting a bit tired but they kept going. Cip showed no signs of being tired and was speed walking like they were running late to work. A few minutes later and they were finally there. It looked very run down and it was also falling apart. 

" Ew, why do your earth labs look like this, " Cip cringed while scrunching her nonexistent nose. 

" Not all of them look like this, Cip. This panda guy obviously comes here because in labs, animals that were anthropomorphized won't be able to enter until the human race finally goes extinct, " Animen responded while walking towards the entrance. Cip followed but she was being very slow because she really didn't wanna touch the walls. Animen abruptly stops making Cip walk into them and fall onto the floor.

" Hey, why'd you stop! " Cip said while she got up and wiped herself off.

" look. " Animen said quietly while pointing towards a large brown figure.

" is that the panda guy? " Cip asked.

" no, it has antlers, it's 100% not a panda. Now I recommend hiding because it doesn't look friendly. " Animen whispered while dragging Cip to a desk to hide behind it. The thing seemed to be sleeping, continuously tossing and turning, Animen and Cip got a good look of its face. It had buttons for eyes with blood staining underneath the buttons. The mouth seemed (haha get it? seamed? no? okay...) to be sewn into a permanent grin. It had a bright red nose as well, somewhat like rudolf. 

" Well that deer looks a bit... odd, to say the least. " Animen whispered while constantly tilting their head trying to make out what species of deer it was.

" What's a deer? " Cip asked being a little louder than Animen was which caused the deer to slowly wake up. Animen quickly cupped a hand over Cip's mouth causing her to squirm all over the place like a toddler having a tantrum. The deer got up revealing the height of the creature which was at least 8 feet.

" Holy shi- " Animen said but stopped as soon as the deer's head twisted in their direction, making a very unpleasant cracking noise. It sniffed the air and went right towards the place Animen and Cip were hiding. It stretched its neck out and went closer to peek over the desk. 

Suddenly, a loud voice came from a door the deer was sleeping right in front of a minute ago, "Hey, Rudolf, get over here! ". The deer weirdly waddled its way to the door, looking behind it and then going in through the door. Cip and Animen get up and sneak up towards the doorway.
