Jisung can't believe how sore he was the next day. He had woken up and immediately regretted even opening his eyes. His thighs, arms, hips. EVERYTHING. But, as he promised during lunch, he said he'd go back. At least try it out for the first week.
And as he drags his feet toward the dance room, he's regretting that promise. "Hey cutie," Felix greets happily. "I wasn't sure you'd be coming since you were whining so much."
"What? I wasn't whining that bad..."
"I hate you, Feliixxx," Felix begins to mock. "If you keep making me do this, our friendship is over! I mean it!"
Jisung rolls his eyes. "Okay, okay. I get it. I promised, right?" he mumbles. Glancing over, he notices Minho head in their direction. "I guess I could see myself staying if...I like it." He stares at the man again, really taking in how cute he looks today; how his small hands poke out of the long-sleeved just enough to hold his phone. Jisung subconsciously finds himself smiling a bit as he nervously fiddles with the bottom of his hoodie. Felix raises a brow as he follows his friend's gaze.
"Oh...my god," Felix whispers, his English once again coming out. "Are you kidding me?! I've been trying years to set you up and this is what you do to me?!" The student widens his eyes when Minho looks up from his screen and toward them. He slaps Felix's arm and quickly averts his gaze. "Son of a bitch, Ji," the blonde sighs before putting on a big smile; just as Minho arrives. "Heeey, Minhoo!"
"Hello..." Minho greets quietly. When he looks over at Jisung, the boy nervously fixes his bangs and beanie. He pushes the door open and heads straight for the locker room. Once the dancer is out of hearing range, he pinches his blonde friend's side. "First of all, whatever you're thinking, it's not true! I just think he's cute, alright?"
"Alrightttt."
"And what's wrong with him? Why the dramatic reaction?"
"You met him," Felix says. "He's...I don't know, you MET him! He even said that super rude thing to you yesterday!
Jisung just shrugs as they enter the room as well. "Maybe you shouldn't be judging books, huh?"
Felix gasps as they begin to change. "How dare you! I never judge anyone like that! I judge using hard-cold facts right in front of my big, beautiful eyes."
The student laughs and nods in agreement. "I guess so. If you did judge, you probably wouldn't have saved my ass back in high school. I mean...you just transferred and you had enough problems."
"You should be relieved, right?" Chan remarks. "No dance class tomorrow."
Jisung sighs dramatically. "I'd say here I come video games but I have to go to the library..." As soon as he's dressed, Chan leads the way back into the main dancing room. He awkwardly adjusts his beanie. "Unlike dancing, I'm actually good at studying."
"What's your major?"
"Um...technically, I don't have one. But I have classes in psychology and music."
"Psychology, huh? You're in that class too, right?" Hyunjin asks, nodding his head toward Minho. The dancer slowly nods his head, offering only a soft yes. "Well, how about we study together, Jisung? I'm not good at it..."
"Don't even bother," Felix scoffs as they all begin their stretches. "When Jisung studies, nothing else matters; he gets sucked into his own little world. It gets so bad, he'll forget to drink properly..."
Jisung's cheeks heat up. "It's not that bad..."
"Aggh, agghh, Felix, I'm so thirsty I could die!" Felix mocks. "'Well, why didn't you drink anything, Ji?'" His tone changes. "'I don't know, I forgot to because apparently, I can't look away from my dumb textbook for five seconds or the world will end.'"
