We go outside with the book. Nex better be right about this. We didn't do a 50 year climb for nothing.
"Gui, you're the expert of this magic stuff. How do we do this?" Nex asked.
"We are both connected Slenderman. He can control are pain but cannot kill use. Only the ones hunting us can. Now that we are here, they can sense us at night. We have to be ready to fight."
"Alright. Can they all come?"
"It's possible."
"More like very likely." I corrected.
"Meh. Back to the point. Let's get training!"
"More working?!" I complain. Nex does a dramatic sigh.
"Are are full mortals this annoying?"
"Guess so."
"Not the time!"
"Yeah, yeah. Everyone still have a weapon right?" I take out my busted gun and my bent knife. Gui doesn't have a weapon and Nex doesn't take out his knife.
"So, looks like-"
"The sun is setting!" I yell then walk though to in front of them, looking at the setting sun. It's getting dark by the second and we can hear something moving in the distance.
"There here." Gui whispers.
"Thanks captain obvious." Nex whispers back. More noises become easier to hear. Walking. It takes a minute to figure out that there isn't as much as we thought. Three. One is by Gui. He looks like bones, glowing white eyes, long nails. Rake. There is another person by Nex. Mess black hair, big crazy eyes, and has blood all over his clothes. Jeff the Killer. Then there's me. He's tall, black suit, white skin. Slenderman.
"Why does life do this?" I ask.
"Well this would be a good time to have that force thingy happen."
"Yeah, let me flip the switch- oh wait... I'M NOT A FREAKING ROBOT!!! I CAN'T DO EVERYTHING IN A SNAP!!!"
"You mean a switch?" Nex shoots me the worst glare he has ever made. It might be more scary then the Rake. "Not the time?"
"You think-"
"OH SHIT!"
