A maid came with a dish of fish which Momo wanted to have. Raw fish.
As the smell got into Yoona's nose, she almost vomited.
"What happened?" Momo asked.

"Yoona-- You. Are. Pregnant! The royal Queen is pregnant with the royal heir!" Momo said as Yoona smiled slowly. Apparently she didn't knew whether to be happy or sad. She wanted to leave Chanyeol but now the she can't because of the baby.
"Yoona, Chanyeol's birthday soon! Don't tell him now!" Momo squealed on her arm.

Jihoon left as Yoona sighed deeply.
She was getting reminded of the memories of her with Baekhyun when he told her to come with him.
