I walked out of the class, and I was on my way back to the dorm when I felt a hand touch my shoulder. I turned around to find the same brownish sandy-colored haired, brown-eyed adorable guy I'd looked at all morning. But this time, instead of smiling at me and making me blush, he actually spoke.

"Hey, I had to catch you before you left. I really wanted to talk to you." "Why?" I asked. "Well I can't just smile at a really beautiful girl and just let her leave without knowing her name. That's just crazy." He grinned, which made me blush.. again.

"I'm Paisley." I said. "David." I reached to shake his hand and found that his hand was really warm and he had a gentle grip. He looked down and smiled again. And what did I do? You guessed it. I blushed.

After class the next day, I decided to wait for David so he wouldn't have to run after me like the day before. He stepped outside and looked around until he saw me.

He smiled that sweet smile again that never failed to make me blush. "I was hoping I'd find you out here before you left," he said. I smiled. "Why?" I asked. "Because I wanted to talk to you." "About what?"

"Well," he started, "I was really hoping that you'd let me buy you some lunch so we can get to know each other a little better." He looked really hopeful.

"Why do you wanna get to know me? There are tons of other girls here that are prettier than I am," I said. He looked down and smiled for a minute. Then he shook his head slightly and looked at me. "No. Not as beautiful as you, I can promise you that much," he said. "C'mon. Let's go eat."
