Rain (Sapnap)

Rain. 

It finally was the day where it rained. Ho how much I've missed the way it softly hits the window, how relaxing it sounds, how it brings a sense of peace to you and how you can just use it as an excuse not to leave home. 

So here I was, cup of tea in hands and a book by my side. Kind of aesthetic I may admit. It was so relaxing, pure even, and the fact that I knew everything was okay, like really okay, it was heaven.

 "Hi" it came out as a whisper, but I knew who it came from. Turning my head to look over my shoulder, I smiled softly at him, he made this even better.

 Sapnap came across the living room, seating beside me on the couch. I turned my back to him and leaned back, letting in collide with his chest. His arms wrapped around me and his chin came to rest in my shoulder. Peace.

 "How's the book going?" he was asking about the book I was reading, something that made my heart go wild. "Honestly, it's a mix, she's strong on front of her parents but when she's alone it all breaks down, and it's sad to know people actually go through that. But right now, it took a complete turn, where she just commits crimes and everyone think it's not her, I mean, who would though the sweet girl would kill you know?"

 I really was liking the book, but I need to admit I needed to read the same paragraph a few times because of how complicate it was to read. "hmmm, it does sound interesting, though you would be reading another romance" I gasped, slapping his leg slightly, and laughing. 

"Romances are art, like, how can people describe how other people feel so well? If you do think about it, it's also scary, how so many people have stories that seem so real, that transmit so much emotion to you, and it's just a book, and that scares me about how worse the real world can be and..." I let out a deep sigh, knowing that it was not the time to be talking about stressing stuff. Sapnap arms tightened around me and he too let out a deep sight. "You know, sometimes it's good to think about it-" "yes I know, but not right now, now we are happy. Me and you, happy" I interrupted "you and me sweetpie" we spent some more minutes just there in silence, enjoying each other's company.

Rain, ho how rain could bring such sweet moments to you. I, for a matter of fact know that rain as a meaning, and each time she falls, she has a different meaning. Today, love. I love this men with all my heart, if I told myself 3 years ago that I would find the one, I wouldn't believe it.

My head was starting to feel heavy, so I leaned it against Sapnap shoulder, watching the rain run down the window and thanking every single piece of universe for giving me this. "You know, I love you a lot" it seemed to have an effect on him, every time I said it I mean. His breath would stop for a moment and I would either feel or see his face light up, he would pull me closer and warm me in an embrace, exactly what he's doing right now. "I love you too, so much" he buried his face in my neck, and like that, we both fell asleep, love stuck within each other.
