Rising from Betrayal

Chapter 6: Mission in Mistral

(In Mistral, Noah, his girlfriend Soundwave and his sister Soundblaster are seen with Team ERMN, Mariah and Flare as they look to the sky and notice it's dark.)

Noah: (to readers) Now I know what you're thinking. Oh no! The sky got dark. How did this happen? Well, sometimes you have to expect the unexpected just to get a straight answer out of somebody. It's a long story but basically I'm a bit of a hero. See, I spent some time on my world, fought some robots, saved my earth a couple of times. Then I went searching through the cosmos for some colorful Energon things... didn't find any. That's when I came across a path of the multiverse which led me all the way here into Mistral... where my girlfriend, my sister and I are going to work along with Team ERMN, Mariah and Flare to obtain a relic hidden in it.

(Then they go to Haven Academy, where they are close to get the relic.)

Mariah: Piece of cake.

(But then a portal appears.)

Emerald: I guess you said it too early.

(Then the original Raven Branwen comes in along with Vernal and the Branwen Tribe.)

Raven (Prime): Who are you?

Roman: Let's say we are alternate versions of people you know very well.

Mercury: To be more specific, heroic counterparts.

Vernal: Alternate? Heroic?

Raven (Prime): I see... you four are somewhat weaker versions of Emerald, Roman, Mercury and Neo.

Neo: (waves her hands) Synical.

Soundwave: We're here to get the relic, and you won't stop us!

Raven (Prime): Wanna bet I will?

Sounblaster: A bird told me about a terrible future of late. Remnant up in flames, falling to ruins, and Ozpin and Salem are at the center of all of them.

Raven (Prime): So you already know what happens to the weak around this world. The time has come. When Ozpin and Salem face each other, the mountains will be towered and...

Mariah: Okay, let me get this straight. Ozpin and Salem will resume their war...

Raven (Prime): Exactly.

Noah: The war we're planning to end?

Raven (Prime): The war between Ozpin and Salem is endless. Nobody can end it. The weak will die, the strong will live.

Soundwave: That's intense. To be honest, But it looks like we're about to bust you and your tribe up.

Raven (Prime): You cannot save Remnant. Why keep fighting?

Soundblaster: Because that's what heroes do.

Emerald: (draws her weapon) ATTAAAAAAAAACK!

Raven (Prime): You have made a grave mistake.

(The Branwen Tribe prepares to fight.)

Roman: We make grave mistakes all the time. Everything seems to work out.

(The Branwen Tribe surges forward. Noah backs up, hammering away. He then leaps back, springboards off the wall, and lands hard, slamming his tentacles down. The resulting shockwave knocks back the Branwen Tribe. Soundwave is facing off with Raven. Raven thrusts her sword at Soundwave, but it breaks in contact with her robotic parts.)

Raven (Prime): What the...

Soundwave: Soundwave superior, Dusty Raven and her tribe inferior.

(Emerald spins her weapon so fast that it resembles a kind of SHIELD. The leader of Team ERMN and the leader of the Branwen Tribe engage in ferocious hand-to-hand combat. Each landing blows on each other as the original Team SSSN watches it.Roman draws his Melodic Cudgel and shoots Raven's knees. Mercury then launches high into the air and prepares to kick Raven. Descending hard, he lands a fatal blow on Raven, crippling her.)

Neo: (waves her hands) We did it.

Roman: Yeah, Neo. We did it.

(The original Team SSSN got so frightened with such battle that they run away instead of interfering.)

Mariah: (gets the relic) We got it.

Noah: Mission accomplished, guys. Let's go back to the base.

(Noah and his team obtained one of the relics. Two of the four relics are obtained. Will the others manage to get the other two remaining relics?)
