"Lauren's playing so come on." I whined pulling on his arm, but he wouldn't budge. I pouted at him but he turned away.

"Free ice cream. On me. Now are we good?" I asked, peeking at him. He turned at me, smiling feeling victorious now. As expected, he nodded and even dragged me to the game. Literally.

Sitting with popcorn in his hands, he patted the seat next to him. I shook my head, panting.

"You should really get more exercise." He chuckled at me. I shook my head. The captains now went to the referee for the coin toss.

"I still can't believe Lauren Jauregui, captain of the soccer team, is your girlfriend." I turned to him with an offended look while he just raised his hands. I sighed. It was true. I mean I can't believe it either. The audience roared when the game started. I cheered when they made a goal already. Lauren high fived her teammate as they ran. She looked up, giving me a wink and a salute before returning to the game. Just like that, I felt my cheeks heat up.

My heart was now pounding. It was a close game. They were now tied and the game was almost over. Lauren by now was panting, but did not stop from being unstoppable on the field. So I just kept on cheering her on.

Everything seemed to slow down when I heard a scream. It was Lauren.

I gasped as now she was laying on the grass, taking glances at her ankle. The referee blew the whistle and gave the opponent a red card. But I was too busy running down to the field. I didn't care if I wasn't allowed. All I cared about was Lauren.

"Lauren? Babe? Are you okay?" I inspected the part she was covering with her hand, it was already starting to swell. She opened her eyes looking at me.

"Y/N? What are you doing here?" she asked confused. I shook my head. Then the referee came over, telling me that I wasn't allowed here. I just ignored him, but he kept on talking. Carrying Lauren bridal style, I led her over to the benches. Good thing Alex just convinced the referee it was okay. I sighed, watching as the medics take care of Lauren.

"She's okay now. It just needs cold compress." I nodded and smiled gratefully at them. I sat beside Lauren, brushing her hair.

"Thank you. For being here." She said softly.

"Of course I would be here. I love you." She smiled cheekily.

"I love you too." Then the game ended with us winning. And now I get to take her home.

"Great game." I said looking over to Alex as I supported Lauren with her arm around my neck .

"Thanks. Okay guys I have to go now. See you tomorrow and Y/N watch your girlfriend. You know how she is." I laughed at her, before saying goodbye. I put Lauren down on her seat and buckled her seatbelt. I looked up to see her, staring at me with fascination.

"You're beautiful." She blurted out. Well well, Jauregui is just a charmer as always.

"You're beautiful-er." She giggled at me while I chuckled. I was about to lean in but stopped when our noses were just brushing.

"And you are clumsy too. God you almost gave me a heart attack there. The first game I watch of my girlfriend, and she gets injured. You are something." I finished as I buckled my seatbelt too. She just shook her head, biting her lip.

"Yeah. Now that I realized it, you probably just brought bad luck." She teased.

"Excuse me. Jauregui, I was your personal cheerleader out there and this is what I get?" I huffed, rolling my eyes playfully.

"Psh, I've got a whole fanclub anyways." She said smirking at me, I gasped and turned away from her.

"Aww is my wittle baby mad?" She cooed. I turned to her and gave her a charming smile. She giggled.

"Seriously though. Thank you for watching the game. It means a lot to me." I smiled at her softly.

"I'll do anything for you." I admitted. She blushed and bit her lip again.

"And you know what? You were one of the loudest cheerers out there." She husked. My mouth went dry and I suddenly had a hard time to swallow. I just had a feeling she was talking about something else but yeah I'm not gonna take advantage of her like this.

"Yeah. Okay I see what you're doing. It cannot happen right now." I said. She pouted. I laughed at how she was being adorable right now.

"Awww now look whose grumpy." I teased.

"But don't worry babe. We can have a movie marathon with food and maybe cuddle after. Would you like that?" I asked her and she smiled brightly. Giggling, I finally parked the car. I quickly went to her door and opened it for her.

"Milady." I bowed, then put her arm around my neck while she just giggled. She was still limping, but she looked okay already. Then a random thought popped into my mind.

"Lo, when's your next game?" I asked curiously as we now entered her house. Setting her down carefully down on the couch, I layed down with her too.

"Uhh in 2 weeks. Why do you ask?" She looked at me, with her head resting on her arm. I smiled.

"Nothing really." I definitely was going to watch her next game.
