I'm so sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I was going to update this chapter today but due to unforeseen circumstances in the past two days I've put it off. My cousin was shot in the line of duty protecting our community from an active shooter. Today, he passed away from critical injury. An active shooter you may ask ? Yes, this active shooter was already convicted of Manslaughter, sentenced to ten years but got out in three. Some reason able to purchase a gun, where an altercation with a friend started this. He shot his friend before ensuing a high speed chase where it led to a shootout. The system failed us, failed my cousin. I didn't want to believe it at first once I heard the news of his passing this morning. It doesn't feel real at all, so please bear with me while I come to terms with his death until I'm mentally able and ready to update again. Thank you.
